  • I struggle to believe it's possible, but hearing that it's possible helps. I'm narcissistic enough to believe I'm uniquely ruined, which causes me to feel anxious, guilty, and confused when people show they care.

  • Something I struggle with too. The more financially comfortable I am the worse it gets!! I feel guilty just being alive ( there is WW2 PTSD in the family).

  • They should do sit-ups where the upper part of the abdomen is worked, with the legs raised and trying to touch the feet with the hands and its variants that work the upper part of the abdomen, they will see improvements quickly. That upper abdominal exercise will take away your depression and anxiety, it will also heal your mind.

  • I'm here I'm getting help I'm 35 could have been a great fighter but I suffered depression got tired of fighting there's always another guy testing me whats the point broke my back now my family is gone everyome is gone because I pushed them away to be left in a dark corner all alone I'm done but don't know who i am anymore 💔

  • The only book that helped me understand depression Kai Norton. Mind: A Story About Depression And Its Impact On Life. Highly recommend it and i Think everyone should read it.
