Not afraid to tell it like it is in front of the journalists. Other managers could do with a dose of his honesty. Those knobheads that cry for him to be sacked whenever we lose a game are not true supporters, or have no memory of the Bruce years. He has turned mediocre players into quality premiership players, and his signings are genuine stars.

No mention of the most creative and productive player on the field - namely Anthony Gordon. Corners, free kicks, speed in attack and wins penalties regularly. In my opinion, a player of immense value. We must hang on to this genius !!

Isak's timing for his 2 goals v Spurs and again today was top class! Give credit to Sheff Utd who came out all guns blazing but run out of legs way too early. That's the difference between PL and Championship. Newcastle reacted really well in the 2nd half and you can tell Eddie gave them a proper wakeup call. One of the problem for NUFC has been keeping possession. They seem to lose the ball way to easily and their possession stat v Spurs , Palace etc makes it apparent. This is down to the number of injuries they've had and the constant shuffle Eddie has had to do on availability. It will improve multi folds next season and the fact NUFC are fighting for Europe with all the issues they had tells you the trajectory of the club.
Exactly - they've haven't had a settled team for ages - especially the defence - so it takes time to meld together...
That's why Eddie Howe never rush to start a player without getting his match fitness regime.

Finish 6th and play European football next season. Get all our injured players back and hopefully have a better season next year in terms of injuries. Buy at least one top class player in the summer and a centre back alongside some other positions. We can fight for top 4 and win a trophy next season if we can do all of this.

If this was my dad and I was Isak, he wouldnt be ok with me building confidence and scoring more goals. My father would instead break me down mentaly, and then portay himself to the press as "worrying" for me, in short: lift himself up as a hero (while breaking me down when noone watches). Eddie is saying "just enjoy him" when he is like this, filled with confidence. Im very, very glad there is still people in this world who actually wants other people to succeed in life. So Great.

Big result. Happy. Negatives: Anderson, tino, Sean, hall, Bruno first half again were so flat and lost. Need sort this out asap. We have only 4 clean sheets in the league since we got knocked out of ucl! Too many gaps in midfield. All want do the same thing. Positives: we scored our 90th goal of the season in 47 games, we’ve never had a home in the league this season we didn’t score, we average slightly under 2 goals per game on average this season, 13 goals against Sheffield this season. Callum scored his 1st league goal since we drew away at wolves! Which was the last time he was fit enough! Isak has the same number if league goals as palmer and Haaland, Eddie will keep his job (which never should have been questioned by muppet press and fans) and we showed we mean business in the last 4 games of the season! Now need a new winger and a new centre half for next season.
We need to get isak on a new contact with a £150 million buy owt clause in it . Make sure if he does go anywere they will have to pay a record Premier league fee
Isak is not anywhere near where he can get to and he is clinical now. I just hope we can keep hold of him as a lot of teams have the green eyes over him.

Give time to ETH. If we change the manager every 2-3 years we'll always have a disjointed team where players might be good but not compatible among each other. We need to trust and complete the process. Fergie took his time. Kloop took his time. Arteta has been there for years, and was difficult at the beginning and still has not won anything. Guardiola inherited a winning club and has bought any player he has wanted. He has had all the support. We have to have a good summer recruiting and give all the support possible to ETG.

Isak 4/5 weeks ago I said to someone that Isak isn’t a ‘ clinical poacher ‘ like your Shearer, Owen, Auguero , Van Nistilroy, C.Ronaldo, flat footed at times in poacher positions HOWEVER He is clinical at great goals! My word! His goals are so Clean! I wouldn’t say his world class but he is just under the Mbappe Haaland Kane bracket, more in the Son Oshimen Morata bra😮cket ATM HOWEVER Isak is only 24! All credit to Howe on getting and keeping us where we are when we've spent quite a lot of the season with a couple of GK's and under 21's on the bench. Many other managers would have given up and been happy with the bottom half of the table. Its been a funny old season for sure. 🖤🤍
