Here I go through as many of the running gags from Red vs. Blue I could find in my series binge! I think I missed a few (as this video was uploading I realized "Donut speaks Spanish" wasn't in there) so if there are any others you consider a running gag, let me know!

You forgot a fourth wall break. In Season 3 whenever Church came back from time traveling he asks Tucker if he wants the long or the short version. Tucker responds with "I want the long version, but could you tell me in 3 parts?" The time-traveling arc was in 3 episodes.

when Dos.0 asked lopez about the history of the reds and blues lopez says its a 20 hour long story and he can only stand telling it in 5 minute parts (even though at that point going over that towards the 8 minute plus was the norm)

It has been inferred in TBGC and literally shown at the end of season... shit, I've forgotten which one. But it's the one where it shows the end of the freelancer programme. When they show Agent Florida, on the screen is an animation of Florida being separated from America and sunk.

You've done an incredible job of compiling all of these. One that came to my mind was a moment in season 5 that would have fit under the 4th wall jokes, where the Reds discover the large screen monitoring Blood Gulch but it doesn't have sound. They call the Blues ridiculous for looking like a bunch of bobbing heads.
I'm certain that in that shot, Sarge's character model was made to bob harder than usual to accent that joke.
And Church mentions something dramatic happening every five minutes

Wash has some of the best character development I've seen from a reformed. antagonist - even more than Zuko or Vegeta)

Rewatching these gags (bow chica bow wow) makes me want to see Caboose in berserker mode vs freelancers. Also, I love that Season 11's whole plot is basically the Reds and Blues (and Wash of all people) all managing to simultaneously sabotage the ship their were flying in, which ironically saved their lives.
And yet it wasn't the fault of anyone of them.

Also, in the breaking the forth wall one, you have Sarge saying the pistols "aren't as effective as they used to be" when he was being disarmed by Washington (comparing the halo 3 pistol to the halo 1 magnum). The most import one you missed is Bernie Burns' favorite joke in the series, which usually goes unnoticed: *Church and Griff getting along.* The prime example of this running joke in season 8 at the Freelancer warehouse, where Griff and Sarge are talking and Church just walks past, says "Hey Griff", to which Griff replies "Hey, what's up man." In the commentary, Burnie says several times it's his favorite scene in the entire RVB series. This recures again at the end of Season 11 when the remaining 4 meet up in the New Republic base, but it's between Griff and Chruch. Miles said it was a direct callback to Burnie's favorite moment. Burnie says that little moments between Griff and Church in the first 5 seasons were unintentional before he noticed the two seemed to just naturally get along with each other. Like when Church teams up with Griff at the end of Season 2. Or the several times he calls Griff out for actually being smart

I can't help but point out: In the intro, you mentioned how you wouldn't be including gags that were specific to a character, and this has been mentioned a few times in replies to comments, but... well, you actually included a few things that were specific to a character, although this was generally pointed out in the title you used for the particular reference. Tucker and the sniper rifle, Washington and cars, Church's aim, "today is a good day to die", I'm sure I could go on if I really cared to. I just had to point out that you DID break your own rule a few times.
Tucker and the sniper rifle is more of a running gag with blue team not a tucker specific thing as its just tex church and caboose never giving tucker the sniper rifle
