rewatching this for the third time, and EVERY time that moment from 59:30 to 59:46 gives me CHILLS. Jschlatts character is so interesting, and I'm utterly obsessed with that specific moment of it.

2 years later and i just found out Schlatt starts basically describing Interstellar in his last talk with Charlie
So, hear me out. What if we got an over-analysis of this story by MatPat? Cause I feel like there could be more to this story than what was surface level. Who is the Goatman in the suit and why was he fixated on Charlie so much? Why did Charlie wake up in a test tube (theoretically after much time due to his amnesia) and was he also a patient like Tommy? How was his case different from Tommy's? Plus a bunch more that I can't remember right now. Idk why but there could be more to this, or am I crazy? Edit// Just thought of some new theories: Ronald was so paranoid about the government starting this because he was going to become a patient just like Tommy. For some reason, it wouldn't take to him so they wiped his memory but his subconscious remembered the trauma causing him to lose it.

No one can tell me that Tommy's skin when we didn't see him isn't his exile skin
Why did this go so hard though? It took a normally silly character and makes them go through one of the toughest scenarios humanity has to offer. It forces them to adapt and overcome, even winning against a multi-universal being who placed him there in the first place. I especially love the ending, where Charlie throws his gear away and lets the zombies take him, all while staring back at JSchlatt. It was a beautiful, yet haunting scene, that still gives me shivers. I have yet to see a 100 days video as good as Charlies, and I don't think I will see one as cinematically amazing as this.

headcannon: in every other timeline where Charlie eats the apple he dies/something bad happens and in this one he didn't eat it and reached his goal. Also at the end of the video when Wizly opens the portal and the zombies fall through it opened to the timeline slimecicle was in when he kills Tommy and "gives up" and Slime goes through it (even though it doesn't show it). And in most media when a multiverse is mentioned time usually moves differently so even though the portal opens up on day 400 something even though it was only a few seconds for slime, leading to a part 2 (I hope)

God the way Jschlatt’s character is just an inter dimensional being that appears in slimecicles videos to torture whatever person he is playing in it, such a cool concept. The slight backstory we hear probably makes it seem like whoever Jschlatt was originally apart of feared apples or used them as punishment, the Zombiecicle (Apocalypse slimecicle) in this video almost connecting with Disastercicle (5 minutes disaster slimecicle) but not fully understanding who he was standing in the room with was just like… I dunno my brain is coming up with theories. There is somewhat of a recurring story here whenever Jschlatt is in a video (or whatever tf happens in "I beat the hardest minecraft difficulty we made"). Slimesicle refuses an offer from Schlatt (deity or other powerful figure) and then Slime dies, the reincarnates into a somewhat similar body, and thrown into a new situation each time. Basically: Slimesicle rejects offer from deity, then dies later on, and reincarnates in a new situations.

This wonderful creation has brought back my zombie apocalypse obsession that the Sorry Boys zombie apocalypse video started and I love it! I am now writing an mcyt zombie apocalypse au fanfiction centered around the dsmp and qsmp that will likely never see the light of day, but at least I’ll have fun writing it! Thank you Charlie Slimecicle for creating this absolute masterpiece, and thank you to everyone who was a part of it! It was so much fun to watch, and it’s so much fun to watch it again!

The fact that the most normal guy was Florida Man. Outside of Charlie, he had the most normal reaction to the apocalypse. We had Tommy, a child who basically helped start the apocalypse, a scientist who was the second factor in starting the apocalypse and the fact that he just acted sketchy the whole time, Ronald who thinks it was all a government conspiracy and that they were paid actors but was still very willing to shoot them down, and the Wizard, and actual goddam wizard who decided he wanted to fuck around during the apocalypse and just messed with this one guy before revealing he was magical and could prolly stop the apocalypse if he truly desired to. And then he starts another one. I loved this so much

I love how Jschlatt is always some mysterious, omnipotent, immortal god with scientific intentions.
What I find the most interesting is that every character has some hidden depth. Like Florida man survives by forgetting and living life to the fullest. Tommy is basically turning into a zombie. Condi was a scientist who strongly believed he could fix everything by making new realities. Wilber is the most interesting to me because he knows that it isn’t a show but the show was his one source of comfort for all those long years in the bunker and pretending it was all an act was his way of survival. Then we got the crazy conspiracies. (The art of ignorance) and finally a literal wizard.
