I swear… this is the most most tremendous workout ever.. I can’t believe it .. I m doing it for every single day for almost 7 days & when I look myself into the mirror, I can see greatest & drastic results !! I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

Today is my first day following this vid. I divide it as 2 sets. I followed the 10 min first, take some rest due to hard breathing and continue the rest 18 mins after I feel okay. Rest is very important guys. You know what's best for your body, how much your body can take. Please do pay attention to that. 💖 And thanks alot for remind us too, Rocelli.

Its so tiring yet its fun to do this workout. I ended up in 10 mins only maybe bacause its my 1st time to do workout. But will do this everyday and hope will see improvement.
On my 1st time I also ended up dng it for 10 min
I took 2 breaks in between to finish this.. It looks so easy but after 10 min one can understand that It's not that easy. I stopped not bcz of tiredness, bcz I was feeling pain on my belly and sides

I can't believe within 8 days i lost 3lbs well with eating a balance diet as well that is but I am grateful for this workout thank you. Today is my 13th days of workout, sugar level drop a bit including some stitches in my side anytime i do the workout but i continue until its gone and its honestly worth it, just finish and drinking some water

on my way to lose 20 kgs this time. in the past, I've started weight loss journey many times but have quit in the middle, this time I'm gonna complete it no matter what. day 1 : completed this video in 40 minutes, also I'm gonna start making changes in my diet, no binge eating, no sleeping just after eating and less sugar and sweets. Day 2: had to take a break cuz my parents are home 😭 wish me luck.

Started today, and I'm 105kg, and I made it to the end......loved it, and it was fire.....
I just found this group about this day, then i try it right away🤭 i just need exercise for cardio then a saw this video thats why i try it. 17mins then i stop for a while i hope i can reach it to 30mins next time. Not bad for me. I hope get fit like them🤭 Godbless us its easy to follow them.
