I love how you always talk about your mom. It really makes me smile remembering my own remarkable mom. She died during the first lockdown in 2020 when you could not leave your home without a permit from a kidney infection at 92. I believe she died of a broken heart because I and my one sister could not visit her regularly and although she understood the concept of lockdown she did not want to accept it meant no visits. I absolutely loved your collage paying tribute to the tulip. ❤

Nice collage Mich. and a wonderful tribute to your mom. When put the clock down my thought went to tulip time. My tulips have come and gone as well as snowball bush and native azaleas. But here in the southeast US, spring starts showing itself late March early April. My husband and I live in a pecan orchard and when those trees start leafing we know spring is fully upon us. Roses are blooming beautifully and day Lillys are about to bloom. My hubby is the gardener and he has something blooming most of the time. Have a great week enjoying your newly spruced up deck!
I love that you live in a pecan orchard. That’s awesome. Your growing season is ahead of mine for sure. The tulips are now up about 6 inches but no blooms yet. ❤️
We enjoy where we live. It’s a very old orchard but the trees still produce…we have a loads of pecans in the freezer.

A great page Mich! I think the tribute to your mom is very sweet. I don't think we realize just how much weccwill miss them when they are gone. Just came in from working in my yard. I ach when I'm done but I love being outside and digging in the dirt🤗
That’s so true. I ache too especially after doing garden work. But I love being outside and in the garden❤️

I really enjoy how you talk about your mom , and share memories , my mum is gone too but I like doing tributes to her in my journals, I feel my mum is smiling down on me ❤️

Hi Mich......love your MM collage page......tulips are always so pretty 🌷 I enjoyed your story about your mom, good memories.......unfortunately for my mom, my brother dumped her in a nursing home, hence my frequent visits to Toronto.

Love the page, tfs! When I lived in Montreal, I always shopped at Scrapbook Centrale. Now that I live in Northern Alberta, I order scrap supplies from either R&R Scrapbooking in Edmonton or Scrap n Bean in Sherwood Park (not far from Edmonton).
There’s not many places around me to order, and Scrapbook Centrale has a flat rate postage and quick delivery. I have an order coming tomorrow. Yay. 😊
Hey Mich, beautiful collage! I love it. Would you believe that my mom also worked at the IGA in the tiny rural town where I grew up, ha, imagine that, so far a distance and yet we find something in common. I honestly thought IGA was mostly a southern (USA) thing, it's interesting that you all have/had them way up north. I'm really enjoying your videos, actually, I look forward to them. I think I have caught up with all of your MM collage challenge videos. I took a fall recently (3 weeks ago) and hurt my right leg rather badly, so while I was laid up with the leg I binge watched a lot, if not all, of your videos. And truly enjoyed every one of them. Take care, hope you can get some time off to just go outside and enjoy spring! xx
