I'll give the writers one thing: "I won't stop fighting until you can" is a perfect oath of protection for a heroic Jason. He's known for his penchant for violence, but he's also known for never giving up.
Gotta say, I Really like what they did with Jason/Red Hood.
Red Hood. Used to be a vengeful killer of villains and murderers. Now the new dark knight of Gotham. I like this take for Jason.
Because Jason will make citizen's life better. There will be no villains in the asylums or in the prisons. There will be dead bodies, who can't hurt anyone anyone. This is why Jason is a salvation

The got red hood right too though them breaking bruces mind with the pit is odd i cant see something like thay happening hes a very strong willed man.
Red hood makes the most sense for this encounter due to the story of Gotham knights. Both Bruce and Jason were brought back using the pit and both were given strange powers because of it. Jason would be the one most familiar with the effects and know how to beat it. Plus Talia brought Jason back in some versions even trained him. So these two fighting also makes sense
It is the one that makes the most sense to end on. And it's a big middle finger to Talia. This Jason Todd has resisted his killing ways after being revived, and has gone back to Batman's ways. In reality, he's the only real choice to bring for this mission.
They literally just turned Talia into a generic villain with monologues and evil laughing really

Funny thing: there was a picture from a book of the game that not only showed that Bruce was one of the final bosses, but also detailed how to beat him and pretty much mentioned what happened in the cutscenes afterwards. I imagine most people expected Bruce to come back to life in the game at some point, but still, what a leak.

I don't remember the pit giving you teleportation and energy shockwave powers. Also, I'm very surprised they actually killed Bruce. I thought for sure he would be unlocked as a secret playable character when you beat the game.
This is why it's the final straw to prompt me to NEVER get this game.

Well not exactly the same twist that everyone was expecting, which was for Batman to be Talon, not him being brainwashed by the League of Assassins in the Lazarus Pit in order to do so. Are the League of Assassins behind the Court of Owls in this story? Also, I find it pretty disappointing to have to fight "Bruce Wayne" but not Batman as the boss fight. It would have been a lot cooler and harder to have to fight against Batman with his gadgets

It was a thing. Arkham Insurgency. It was set between Origins and Asylum. Both Batman and Robin were playable in free roam. Joker and other villains broke out of Arkham. Sounded pretty good. Anyway that game got cancelled and we got this instead.

And in regards to that, this story just feels like the most amateur thing ever. They really did spend almost a decade to release this sub-par game that doesn't live up to its predecessors... What a shame.
