Accusations of election manipulation and the mishandling of classified documents are just a few of the criminal charges former President Donald Trump faces across four criminal trials as the race for the White House gets underway. But is he really in jeopardy or will he succeed in turning his legal woes to his political advantage?

    • @@alan- Well Said! Clearly, there shouldn't be ANY right to PARDON at all. This is just a means to nullify the legal system, and as we saw, a means to get people in positions of authority to do things they know are illegal, with a promise to pardon offered...maybe for a fee!

    • @@123456789987o As far as an actual pardon, it wouldn't matter what he 'does anyway', the state legal system simply will not recognize it. On the other hand, state to state extradition is sticky enough for regular offenders, if he just never went to Georgia it might be complicated to get him back there. But he would remain a convicted felon in the state of Georgia.

    • He has openly stated that he wants to re-write the constitution. Project 2025 wants to align all powers into the presidency and remove autonomy of the DOJ, SEC, FTC etc... these are people that literally want to destroy America from within and install "conservative" rule. He has openly stated that he will prosecute those that have attempted to hold him accountable and silence the voices against him by force. They ate already planning on using the insurrection act to mobilize the military against any demonstrations. If we don't vote... and vote decisively, all the way down the ticket. We are lost. This movement is not aligned with Trump, he is just the willing instigator. Project 2025 has been in contact with vivek and desantis. They have scores of lawyers ready to push the agenda and empower the litigation... this is the second step from the loading of conservative judges all around the country. Look at Cannon and how she is handling her Trump case.. slow rolling and paperless orders. Allowing delay and obfuscation. She is actively trying to push her trial past the election without actually pushing the trial date out (preventing GA from setting a trial in that time) We are living dangerously. I have been a republican my whole life. I have always said vote with your conscience and who is closely aligned with your values. Well it's time to denounce the Republicans and their alignment with this movement. Vote Democrat, vote independents, vote for anyone that denounces the destruction of what we have worked 250 Years to build.

In whose advantage is it when he’s left destitute because of these court cases and isn’t able to make comeback and challenge the opposition’s preferred candidates from within their own circle? Who benefits when he completely loses his marbles and ends up in a mental institution? Who gains from him essentially not existing? Who is stepping away from any responsibility right now so when it goes wrong for him as planned they can say ‘don’t look at us, this wasn’t our fault’?
