Put Wilosn behind a great Offensive Line and he could be a good backup quarterback.

John Elway struggled his first 2 years in the NFL. Why would you expect anymore from a ru Rookie Quater Quarterback?
The problem with Russ wasn’t his ability to throw or run, it was his inability to process Payton’s offense. Rus couldn’t make pre-snap reads, couldn’t work through his reads, he just doesn’t have the head for it. Hopefully Zach does. If he does, he can turn it around.
This made no sense he literally led the league in TDs and had the least T.Os my 2nd fav coach in Peyton looking like a bitch with his antics he caused the broncos the playoffs not Russ how dare you even say this
A hall of fame QB could not process the information, when he played better than the previous year? You expect a guy like Wilson to even have a chance? If Payton yelled at Wilson, I don't want to think about what he would do to Wilson.
@@stephomyour stats are just wrong. RW’s 26 tds did not lead the league. Russ was sacked 45 times and 30 of those were because he couldn’t read the field, left the pocket. He also fumbled the ball away at critical moments, including against the Jets. He had a top 10 o line. Tell me how any of that is Sean Payton’s fault.

I can always tell from the comments below no one watches football if you think Russell Wilson was the problem. The problem with the Denver Broncos is Payton thinks it's all about him. That's a very bad trait for an NFL coach

Wilson was a hot mess.. he was holding onto the ball far too long and not doing reads nor progressing through them … then the fact he was on a 225m contract was just awful
Wilson threw the most int last year.. he sucks
He also has more yards behind the line of scrimmage being chased by four DL than any other QB.
