  • Time for some great BBQ! Even in the late autumn, you can get some piles of wood and fire up a charcoal bbq for some great eating! I've seen some cooking blog sites with recipes for home made BBQ sauces. Imagine those sauces being put on chunks of wild pork meat and spare ribs.

    • Head or neck shot is ideal. You can also shoot the "boiler room" of heart and lungs which sit rather far forward in the Hog's abdomen
