  • Just did this workout…fair to say it took me longer than 9 minutes 😂. I’ll work on improving my time while still staying true to my footwork. Now to the preseason workout. Also them crossover jab count ups and down was KILLING me!

    • Dribble in left hand more often, once you get used to it you can do this drill or any drill that you want

  • Not gone lie either you born with handles or not... Don't get me wrong this is helpful. But more so a waste of time and money. Just play against high level competition and you'll naturally get better
