    • It's just switching from the vocal folds to the false folds. She's REALLY good at it. The false folds are above your vocal chords to save you from choking to death but you can also train them to make sick demon sounds.

Hardcore was a lot closer to punk than anything and that's where it came from, eventually hardcore and metal came together and created metalcore, it was a fusion of the genres. It is BOTH hardcore and metal, hardcore alone is not metal, it does not even have metal vocals in it, it focuses on punk. And this my friend, is not punk. Hardcore itself has become a very uncommon genre. Get your mind out of your boomer head and fuck off with this metalcore, deathcore is not metal, because it fucking is. Obviously the guitar and structure of the song contributes to the genre, that is how we define music. Pop punk has a guitar sound it uses, metal has one, punk has one, rock has one.
