Hi, how i can record the mouse movement ? For example, that the mouse is going down automatically when i press the left mouse button ? I saw many other mouse that can do that like razer or logitech but i only found videos from people that using this in games plus not for that mouse. Thank you.
Let me give it another try, but from what I remember there were no mouse movement features, it would be a horrible feature being that if the resolution changes, a window is in the way, or anything different than the way the macro was originally recorded could of course cause the macro to be worthless.
@@ThisBytesForYou Well, it would not be worthless in my opinion. In your video, you press keyboard keys to record the macro. If the mouse movement would be there you press record, click start, go to music and play a song, without using keyboard keys, just with the mouse, know what i mean? The other like razer and logitech have options for that.
@@HAZEBOCHUM I am not saying it would be worthless to me or to you, I meant more to say it would be for them to implement, since they would get a lot of complaints from people that perhaps changed their resolutions and now the macro does not work. Is there a way to backup the profiles? Like to the cloud or at least locally?
sorry I did not get back to you sooner, youtube is horrible with the notifications. So yes, there is a way to backup the profiles, but it is not clearly stated. When you create your profiles, click on the "Presets" button on the top right hand corner of the Pulsefire Dart software, then select the profile you would like to backup, then on the bottom of the screen select "Export". If you reformat your pc or want to share that profile, copy the file over, then come to the same presets area and click Add, then import and look for the file you brough over. It is all local. Sorry again for the late reply, but I have over 300 videos and I get a lot of comments, youtube only lets me know about 10 or 20 a day (I get hundreds) and I have to search each video for comments. I hope this helps you my friend.

I have a little problem with the pulsefire fps pro , which happens only when Im playing a game ( it happened in CS:GO ) . Sometimes , when I want to turn left for example ( but it's not always happening ) I can say that the laser freezes for 0.5 seconds and then , after that little freeze , my character turns left . I want to specify that I didint use the nGenuity software yet ( but I have it installed on my pc ) , I've opened only once , just to update the driver , and that's it . Do you know what can I do ? It's also weird because I'm occuring this issue only when im playing , on the desktop it runs perfectly fine.

@@marinel8013 how are you seeing the laser fail? I do not think the issue is with the mouse, an easy way to test is to use another mouse, any mouse it does not need to be a high end mouse, it's just for testing, you should see the same freeze. Though, if you could please explain what you mean by freeze, does the game pause for .5 seconds and then it moves, that sounds like lag or perhaps you have the graphic settings too high. Please let me know what you mean by the laser freezes?
It's like an input lag , but it happens only sometimes and it's not a millisecond lag , it's a second lag

can i somehow change the hardware accelaration. Like on my razer deathadder elite.
HyperX does not allow for hardware acceleation to give you the reliable precision but you can manually enable/disable it from within Windows, and this might make you think you need it, or don't need it, so give this a try. Go to the control panel, then click "Hardware and Sound", then click "Devices and Printers. Choose your mouse from the menu of devices, then from within the mouse properties, click the "Pointer Options" tab and either check or uncheck the "Enhance pointer precision", this is the longer way to go for hardware acceleration. If there is a check there and is not working the way you like it, uncheck or check it, then click apply and OK and get to some gaming. I hope this helps you my friend.

Yes that software works for hyper cloud flights headset I just don't have a PC. My problem is my microphone has trouble picking up my voice in game chat if it ain't right by my mouth it cuts in and out its like I have to raise my voice a lil higher then normal I'm asking on the hyper cloud ngenunity is there a thing to fix that problem on my headset or am I better off just returning it
ahhh ok, I am sorry I did not know that, I dont have those headphones, when I am done with this review I will ask for them and make sure to test this mode for you but it may take a while, I can check with HyperX though, give me some time, I would hope for next week but I will get back to you.
while I am checking with them, have you checked to verify within the windows Sounds settings that your microphone is the default device and within the headset microphone properties that the levels are set to almost the highest, and if there is a boom setting, can you enabled that and raise its volume as well?>

I just got a reply, they mentioned that NGenuity is only for Keyboards and Mice, my initial suspicion but I am waiting to hear back to see if there is any other recommendation they can recommend. Now one thing I am thinking, your headphones, if I am not mistaken the 3.5mm connection has 2 poles is that correct or are you using USB? Where are you connecting the headphones to?

Still works great for me, razer products seems to fall apart quickly. I recommend hyperx mice, though I am using the dart mainly now, which is also from hyperx and I did a video on it as well.

well you need to have the software up, but I recommend, going to another PC, downloading the software again from the MS store and trying it again, I have seen it mess up on some pc's for some reason.

I'm having a problem with my mouse. I did the drag and drop thing in the software to save profiles in the onboard memory but when I turn off my computer or unplugged the mouse, it returns to default settings and default profiles. HELP ME, I'm getting tired of selecting profiles every time I open my computer.
I had problems with it too but did you attach the profile to any of the keys, like the DPI select or such, that way if you problem an LED lighting pattern to it, you can click the dpi selector until the color matches your profile (by looking at your mouse) until you land where you like. That or you can program the default profile to what you want it to be.

Bro, breath a little, I have a day job and a family, they need my attention too. If you have had any other mouse software or keyboard software installed, stuff you have used in the past, uninstall it all, uninstall the pulsefire software as well and download the latest version from the windows store.

@@harpuli if you have the pro, you only need to use the button, but if you want to change the predefined settings, then you need to use the software but its a set it and forget it kind of thing.

@@MarkGeuel unfortunately you might be correct. Now, I have read people configuring the macros on PC, and since the mouse has memory, then moving that mouse to the Mac that it works... But I would not buy the mouse counting on that, it may not work correctly and I would hate for you to lose out on money.

try setting that profile as the first profile, when you restart, it goes to the first profile. Set it as your default.

Does it work with pulsfire fps, i cant afford pro and my pulsfire fps laser is disconnecting sometimes, can you please help me
sadly no, it will only work for the Pulsefire FPS Pro and the Pulsefire Surge. Disconnecting, can you try and plug the mouse in the rear port of the machine, rather than the front ports? Front ports are generally not as powerful as the rear ports, also, try plugging it into a black port, instead of the blue or red port. Black is USB 1.1/2.0, Blue is USB 3.0 and Red can be USB 2.0 or 3, but is always on, always powered.
It works for all pulsefire mice, I have the core and it works
fatfop I have personally only tested the HyperX PulseFire FPX Pro, PulseFire Core and the PulseFire Surge, it does not work on the regular PulseFire FPS, you can double check here if you like as well, 75% of the way down, there is a chart that shows you "NGenuity Software endabled" www.hyperxgaming.com/us/mice/pulsefire-fps-gaming-mouse#specifications, so again, it will not work for the PulseFire FPS
idk if u might be able to help me here but for me it also doesnt show the mouse (Hyperx pulsefire fps pro) in the software - not to mention that the software is pretty bad - but id still like to have it fixed somehow

There are costum colours under the basic ones right? And how can you put those colours to cycle for ex. on breathing mode because i dont see any option :/
@@viktorzdravkov3770 OK this will be a little easier than I thought. For Color Cycle for example, you will notice there is a "Dual" option, click that. Now there are 2 black boxes next to "Dual" (This will apply for anything you see black boxes next to). Now on the middle, you will see the color spectrum wheel. Select the custom color you want, then left click on one of the black boxes on the bottom, on the section that reads "Custom". Now on the top, where you see "Dual" under color, click on one of the black boxes and it will match the custom color you have selected. If it does not the first time, click on the custom color on the bottom then click again on the black box (or now a colored box) and that will let you now cycle through those 2 colors. Breathing has 2 colors as well, so I recommend, going from the beginning of the color spectrum to where that color you likes is, selecting that as the first box, then go to the very end of the spectrum to the color you like and selecting that as the final color. When you apply that, it will cycle through all the colors through that spectrum. I can make a video on this, but it will take me some time. Please let me know if I have helped you out or if you have any further questions.

I have a problem I installed that program. There shines a pop up "do you want to install update 1.1.15.." i clicked on yes and my mouse was stoned now i can't move the cursor... pls help
reboot your computer, you might have to hit the manual restart button and unplug and plug back in the mouse and you should be good.
I tried it dind't work it is connected to the pc i unconnect it to but the problem is the mouse self the laser inside of it is on but the rbg light on the logo and the scrollwheel is off.
@@D3V0W if you have it connected to the front, try connecting it to the back and if that doesn't help, try connecting it to another PC, see if that helps any? Try to never connect usb devices to the front that you might need to flash since they don't have as much as much power as the front ports.

You have to have the mouse connected
If your HyperX mouse/headphone/keyboard is not recognized by HyperX NGenuity,then uninstall it,and download it directly from the Microsoft Store.If your NGenuity crashes,then close all programs like MSI Afterburner,or Rivatuner,it will solve it.I hope I saved you a few hours of searching :D

@@ThisBytesForYou the debounce is how much time there will go untill your next click registers. Exapmle: if the mouse has 16 in debounce, there will go 16 ms till u can click again. And therefor u can't drag click. 0 debounce u can drag click very well
How to change polling rate in this mouse or surge please tell me
Oddly enough, it does not look like there is a way to change the polling rate, but 1000hz at 1ms, do you need to go up from there and if so I am curious why would you need that?

they have been having some issues with this latest update, your best bet is to contact HyperX, and PLEASE let me know what they tell you, so that I can help others. I have had others with the dart have issues and they helped them get it running.

I dont know that you can, being that the software is only supported on windows, what you an do, I am not 100% sure how it will work though it to create a macro in windows, save it on the mouses memory, then plug it into a mac and see if the profile transfers over.

no, you cannot change the DPI on the console and depending on your mouse you would have profiles on the mouse, what is the model number on the sticker under your mouse.

@@alwandhiyaharits3971 sadly no, you have already four preset settings from 400-3200 DPI available at the push of a button, you just can't change those. To change them you would need the FPS Pro, Surge or Core. If you are interested in those, i can link them up for you.

It's good or G402 Logitech better?
That's a rough one, I do like the g402 but I love the pulsefire as well. Logitech software is pretty obtrusive but it does give you a lot of controls and the hyperx software has a very small footprint and you will never know it's there. I love the feel of the 402, the pulsefire is slightly larger but both feel great I'm your hand.

@@wockacf8395 The G402 was released in 2014 and only reaches a DPI of 4,000 tracking up to 500 IPS with a max acceleration of up to 16G and while they don't release a lot of info on their proprietary sensor and weights 144 grams including the cable, the sensor is equivalent to the Pixart 3360. The Pulsefire is using a Pixart PMW3389 which is very sensitive tracking up to 450IPS, going up to 16,000DPI (I only use 9600) with a max acceleration of 50g and weighs only 130g that is including the cable, so in actuality it will be slightly lighter and was released 4 years later in 2018. I don't have large hands, so I really love the feel of the G402 and used it, until I reviewed the Pulsefire FPS and then I put the G402 away... I still have it some where, just not sure where. i hope I have helped you better decide which is best for you. @@reakzez5697 do you have any other keyboard, headset, mouse software installed, older software, make sure to remove that. Are you using any Corsair ICUE software too, that causes issues with anything, try turning it off, just for now to see if that helps.

@@reakzez5697 Try 1 at a time, and use the cables for each, just for the initial pairing. Uninstall the software, then plug in your mouse, keyboard and headphones, using all the cables. With everything plugged in, install the Hyperx Software, see if that helps.

The software isnt't detecting my Pulsefire FPS Pro
if you could, uninstall the software, then download the latest version from here and install it. If it still does not detect, i recommend right clicking on the Start button, select Device Manager, clicking to expand the "Mice and other pointing devices" now click where it says "View" then click "Show hidden devices" and right clicking on any of the grayed out mice that show up and selecting uninstall, make sure to check the box to delete the drivers, then right click on all the other devices under that "Mice" section and doing the same, you will make your mouse stop working for a second, now unplug it. Plug in the 2nd mouse, and proceed to remove all the other devices there. Once they are all gone, remove the second mouse (close device manager) and plug the HyperX back in, let it detect and do its thing in Windows and then install the latest version you can find here: www.hyperxgaming.com/us/ngenuity Let me know how it goes for you.

@@raza4631 I finally had the same issue, thankfully and was able to resolve it. First, uninstall the software for the mouse. 2nd, make sure you have no other mouse software installed on your pc. 3rd, reboot your machine, then wait for all of the programs to finish loading in your application toolbar, one they are loaded, right click and close all of them, make sure you have few as possible icons on your notifcation area, next to the clock in windows, if you can only have the time, network and maybe the usb symbol alone, that would be best. After that, download and install the software, see if that works for you. Also, make sure you getting the software from this link: www.hyperxgaming.com/us/mice/pulsefire-fps-pro-rgb-gaming-mouse, then scroll down half way tll you see the download button under the text reading "Easy customization with HyperX NGenuity software". let me know how that goes for you

to understand what you want, you want to create a macro that accounts for recoil, every time you click the mouse button, where your pointer would scroll up a bit, with the macro it would compensate and drop the pointer a bit? So click left mouse button, drop sight 4 spaces?

There is no adjustment to the polling rate in this software, but it is set to 1000

So is this the first anything you have purchased? Anything and everything manufactured can have issues, if you just bought the mouse contact the store you bought it from and exchange the mouse. If you bought it less than a year ago, contact HyperX and they will replace it for you under warranty.

I can't even download the ngenuity software for my mouse because my computer is a piece of shit mac from like 2012
sadly the software is mac compliant. You could however create your own presets on a PC and save them on to the memory of the mouse, just plug it in to the mac and it may work.
trash don't buy hyperx go for any other. i changed my default settings from 1. 800 2. 1600 3. 3200 dpi steps to 250 450 650 dpi and when i turn on pc it is set to 800 1600 3200 dpi and i always have to open app and click on default profile and apply. I only have default profile no others and this shit happens.
I have not had this issue, might I suggest exporting your profile, uninstalling your nGenuity software, deleting the folders that might have been left behind, the reinstall and reimport your profile and give it a try. I have not had any issues with nGenuity.
