They allow of continuation which means it was 12-0 which is a tech but they allow her to go ahead n try n finish n get the pin.
If the tech superiority has been reached and the opponent is in a pin position or “near fall” the rule is the superior point wrestler has the chance to finish the match by pinning the opponent
