  • It's really amazing how Leo thanked Tom Hardy in every single speech this awards season and I think the reason for it is that he thinks Hardy isn't recognized and is overlooked a lot especially in award shows and that's really a pity since he is one of the best actors of this generation. The most baffling thing though is the British Academy didn't nominate their very own British actor, arguably the best they have to offer right now, for at least one award as a lead actor for Legend or a supporting actor for The Revenant. I wish I would know how they felt when they found out he was nominated for an Oscar.

    • No, it's that Hardy is one of those actors who doesn't give a shit about the media, I don't know like daniel day Lewis type, they don't wanna know about any of it, and there's something iconic about it, specially if they are great at their craft, which they are.

    • +edwar ramirez Yeah I know that, but still daniel day-lewis is incredibly recognized in award shows [3 times Oscar winner] and I know that Hardy doesn't like these shows.But it would still be great if he could at least be nominated in these things so his career could take off even more. He's such an incredible actor though I know it won't take too long.

I think that british actors work much harder for their performances and always have high expectations for themselves which makes them so incredibly talented in what they do. [Btw.   • I love this man more with every single movie or speech. Honestly his level of humbleness is tremendous! He spent the entire time giving credit and thanking others - till the very end. Showing gratitude sincerely is all he did. I hope he realises clearly how grateful people are to the joy he brought to our hearts by his commitment and kindness.   • Everyone should check out his foundation, LDF, the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation and see what this heroic man has been doing to help our planet and the animals every single year!!! From saving tigers, whales, rhinos, elephants, lions, dolphins, wolves, horses, to helping preserve open lands and donating millions and millions to protecting our oceans!!!! He is truly a class act, puts his money where his mouth is, and I am so very thankful that he exists!!!!
