Why doesn't the International Red Cross make a bigger deal about the obscene torture that Russia inflicts on Ukrainian POWs, forbidding them from visiting these Ukrainian captives? Ukraine abides by the Geneva Convention in the humane treatment of POWs, but Russia unleashes their vicious rage and hatred upon them.
