Malaysian hospitality is at its best on MAS long haul flights regardless its a business class or economy , they are superb. My family & I travelled by from Tokyo in May this year, it was wonderful journey throughout despite some delay due weather conditions.
Totally agree, I haven't had a bad experience on MAS long haul fights in any cabin class. Thanks for watching and glad to hear you and your family enjoyed Tokyo! 😁
Were there enough satays to serve you in business class? Were they being kept for cabin crew illegally? Was one toilet broken as usual? Hot drinks available in flight? Or just turbulence sll the way- so no hot drinks or really, the boiler is broken
The flight didn't have any of those issues on the A350. Everything was to or exceeded expectations - atleast on this flight.
I’m a captain onboard Malaysia Airlines, thank you for flying with us and leaving a great feedback. Hope to see you onboard more often and we’ll continue to improve 🙏🏻❤️
That's awesome and thanks for watching 🙂! I will be back onboard on MAS later this year for some international and domestic flights - I certainly look forward to it!
I always flight Malaysia to London with MAS. Love Malaysia Airlines 👍.
Must be a very long flight! I'm sure the MAS crew looks after you well on that trip! 🙂
@@thewindowseat77 I flew 5 times with MH over last 2 years KUL - LHR return.
Thank you for flying MAS. Sincerely, from all Malaysian.
Thank you for watching! 😉
i can say its so proud as malaysia fly with our nation airplane that have the best fly in world and also we more comfortable and also know what to do for a first time using this and malaysia japan is the best road and also famous for traveling you so lucky to use it
I really enjoyed Malaysia Airlines on this route to Japan! Definitely a better experience than AirAsia.
@@thewindowseat77 Yes, it's true that if you go to an Asian country, it's better to fly with AirAsia at the same time to increase the value of Asianness, especially since we want to advance the Asian continent to the greatest level compared to western countries, and in terms of purchasing power, it should be considered even if it's cheap, it's not necessarily good, and if it's expensive, it's not. must be Good too, there will be many possibilities
What A Beautiful Air Craft The A350 Are,I Love The Satay Aboard.Great Trip Report
Thanks for watching! 😊
I remember flying first class from KUL to LHR the experience was amazing but sadly they retired first class and changed it to business suite
That must of been amazing in First Class on MAS to LHR! Yes, they have rebranded it to Business Suite - not sure if it is the same level as First Class but hope to try it out one day 🙂.
Nice video. Sounds like a perfect airline. 😅
Thanks for watching! Definitely a pleasant experience though not perfect! 🙂
Great review, keep up the great work. I’ve noticed Perth to KL with MH flying preferably on a a330 is one of the few alternative international airline options out of Perth for a QFF reward seat option. Might be worth trying one day!
Thanks for watching! 🙂 Yes I will need to keep an eye out for a QFF reward seat on that flight from PER to KUL, would be keen to try out MAS on that route.
Nice one. Great review and well filmed. I like the clear descriptions and speech.
Thank you so much for watching. Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the positive feedback! 🙂
Amazing video i flew out of the satellite terminal when going to Dubai its very nice terminal
Thanks for watching! Yes the Satellite Terminal is pretty nice 🙂
MH 3 LHR to KUL flown twice on my own, best seat on the A350 in business for single traveler 8A. Very private seat. MH cabin crew are just as good as SIA but MH is very much underrated for the service that’s provided.
Thanks for watching! Absolutely agree, the MH cabin crew are underrated! 🙂
MH crew is known to be friendly with its passengers be it business or economy. You can always hear laughter and jokes from them.
I ❤❤❤❤ MALAYSIA AIR LINES SO FRIENDLY n ATTENTIVE 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶
I'm glad you had a great time! 😂 Thanks for watching!
Subscribed. Keep up the good work 👍🏻 👏
Thanks for viewing and the subscribe! Hope you keep on enjoying my future content! 🙂
A very positive review. Good job!
Thanks for watching! 🙂
Were the air stewardesses rude snd unprofessional- like pilfering prawns out from your prawn noodles- must be underpaid or really hungry?
Amazing i really enjoyed your video till end😊
Thanks so much for watching and glad to hear you enjoyed the trip! 😁
I’m flying with Malaysia airline to Narita next year June. From Adelaide Australia will be a 14 hrs flight
Usually we go to Hong Kong which Japan is 4 hrs away but Malaysia had decent fare prices
Nice! It does look like a good fare price period in June 2024 for Malaysia Airlines. I hope you enjoy MH 138 from ADL to KL, and then MH 88 onwards to Tokyo (Narita) in their flagship A350. They have, for whatever reason, used the A330 a couple of times from KL to Tokyo recently this past week. I hope its only temporary and they return to consistently using their A350s on this route!
Great Review..TQ
Thanks for watching and glad that you enjoyed it!
I am boarding MH88 to tokyo march 2024! thanks for the decent intro
Nice! I hope you enjoy the trip with Malaysia Airlines to Japan. Thanks for watching! 🙂
The chair, it gives me the vibes that i find in the dialysis centre ...
I suppose it had those vibes 😂
Our hospitality esp to outsider is our priority... Multicultural n multiracial country. U r sure to like our authentic cuisine... Come to msia n experiment it yourself!
Thanks for watching! I certainly will be back to Malaysia for more food! 🙂
Nice....Keep up your good review! Just a note, it is still known as KLIA....not as KLIA1. Aware that it can be confusing since there is KLIA 2....then there should be KLIA1. However, it is just KLIA....
Thanks for watching and the note! Will keep that in mind for the future 😊
Now known as KLIA Terminal 1 & KLIA Terminal 2
thanks for the report, I will be flying the A350 from Melbourne soon and I was interested in the service and offerings. What happened to the drinks menu?
Thanks for watching! I hope you enjoy the trip from Melbourne to KL on MAS! They do serve a variety of drinks. On this particular flight you can see the drinks menu at 11:24. There are alcoholic options also not shown on the menu 🙂.
thanks for the video! I am interested in doing the A350 plane to Tokyo from KL I'm guessing all seats are lie flat in this plane compared to Boeing 737 planes right?
Thanks for watching! 🙂. That's great! the A350 isn't always used on the KL to Tokyo and return route (currently the A330 is in service). There are only a couple of months in a year where the A350 is used for this journey, so be sure to check when making your booking. That's correct, the A350 and A330 have fully lie flat seats, while the 737 do not fully lie flat. Hope it helps!
Hi.Love your vlog.Very informative.I wonder, how you did you find out about the age of the aircraft?
Thanks for watching! ☺️. If you type the aircraft registration in Google, in this case 9M-MAE, you will find websites with that information. I personally use Planespotters or Airfleets.
@@thewindowseat77 Thank you for sharing this info.I appreciate it.Keep up the good work.
You're welcome thank you!
KLIA Terminal C sucks big time as there are only a couple food and beverage outlets in a huge terminal building.
I hope they increase food outlets in that part of the terminal!
I am arriving from Sydney going to Kota Kinabalu. I dont have my gates yet can you navigate me through once getting off my MH flight please. Will i need to go to terminal 2?. Is KK classified as international?. Where will I find the lounges in these terminals ie Golden Lounge. Appreciate your guidance. I'm a first time traveller.
Sure! When you land a KL and head onwards to KK that will be considered a Domestic flight so you will be at the KLIA Main Terminal. Inside there are a few lounges I'm aware of including the Golden Lounge, but to get access in you will either need to hold a Business Class ticket or purchase an entry to the Golden Lounge at the front reception. There are plenty of signs and airport staff that will assist you in directions :).
Since you're flying in from Sydney, chances are you will disembark at the satellite terminal (Gates C's) (note: a small number of international arrivals do disembark through the Main Terminal Building (MTB) i.e. gates G's, H's but it's not common) Either case the process is the same. 1. Follow the sign that says 'Transfer'. It will lead you to the Main Terminal Building (MTB) including hopping on either the bus or train. 2. Upon reaching the MTB, the 'Transfer' sign will bring you via some escalators to some airside immigration counters for you to clear immigration before your domestic connection. (Note that this is a different immigration counters from those exiting the airport) After clearing immigration there will be a transfer desk for you to check in (if you need it for whatever reasons) then proceed to your gates which could either be on the A or B wings (Domestic Golden Lounge is near Gate A01) 3. Upon your arrival in KK (surprise!) you shall have to clear the local immigration again. This is applicable to ALL travellers even Malaysian mainlander (where they have to scan their ID) due to the autonomous status of Sabah (the state where KK is the capital) so please keep your passport handy. Note: You don't need to worry about klia2 (or Terminal 2 as it is now called) unless you're connecting with Air Asia (which I doubt) Hope this helps
Great explanation!
😂🎉😂🎉Newyork newyork song😂🎉😢
Souq Madinat jumeirah😂🎉😢😢nakheel mall😂🎉🎉😢😮
will the flight disappear halfway?
There's a separate dedicated bus transfer service to KLIA satellite terminal for business class passengers.
Thanks for letting me know! I didn't know that! 🙂. Where would you go for that?
