I know it sounds corny but all I care about now is love. My life has not been easy but the one thing I know for sure is that I want to be a nice loving person while I’m here on earth. If I come back to live my life over again, I hope my childhood is a little happier!!

I had a friend who gave me a simple little phrase to say,"I am love surrounded by love " it has so helped me...lovely one
From my late 20's i realized that all the material things meant nothing. Three years ago i lost my father and this event was a confirmation....my dad worked like crazy hoping to retire at 70 but he never made it. 😢 all the material things he had accumulated during his lifetime stayed behind .... the only thing he wanted before going was to see his kids, my mom and grand-kids❤
I grew up with a very traumatic childhood that I use resent and blame for my mistakes or wrong doings. Now I have children of my own and I could never put them through the things I went through. I know now that it wasn't necessarily my parents fault I forgive them. It's taken me a long time to forgive but letting go of that anger has helped me tremendously. Everybody love Everybody!
I owe this man so much! I stumbled upon his story just as I was searching for light at the beginning of my spiritual enlightenment. Got his books and his experiences took me by the hand through a beautiful rabbit hole of enlightenment. Making a movie out of his experiences would be a wonderful idea 💡

These stories have really helped me in my own life. I have always struggled, & been scared of dying, & because of these people, & their experiences I am gaining a little peace in my personal life. Even though everything is falling apart. This channel, & the people have given me so much hope.
70’s babies come through! Lol! 🩷✨ We were the remote• We were our own babysitters• We got the satisfaction of the “slam of the phone” when we hung up on someone• The sound of the rotary phone….I miss that. The operator….omg I have not thought about the phone operator in YEARS! 😳 The 80’s was the best decade for music• Dang! There are so many things that are coming to mind. Lol!
This man explains meeting a spirit guide without having an nde. Very interesting and enlightening. We should all be open to the revelation of this gentleman he experienced and be cognizant of our own abilities however subtle to listen to our own spirit guides.
I also met a couple of my spirit guides in person, in solid form, I didn't have to die. It was by accident I caught them in my room in the middle of the night. I felt a presence and woke up. They came to bless me w real holy water. I did have a very small chat w one of them before he walked away as if nothing had happened when I was having a HUGE experience TALKING W THEM. Lol. Fact is they look just like anyone else, wearing street clothes, no fancy clothing, or wings of any sort. Just simple people like anyone else. Also, the holy water was poured over my entire body like a priest does w a type of wand, so he did soak my bed in holy water as he blessed me. So weird, I even know one of their names. Haven't seen them since.
I find it so wonderful that someone who was a lawyer and entrenched in that life has had this amazing spiritual awakening and has the gifts of connecting with his guide Albert 💗 I had an angel levitate over me 30 years ago and I was filled with unconditional love not of this earth...I told not a soul for 20 years!!! This was excellent and from my own experiences, all very true! In my vivid spiritual dreams (visits to the other side, astral journeys), I always know when I'm with a spirit guide or a member of my soul group (or their higher self if incarnate) because their eyes are vivid, glowing, electric/neon BLUE! That clue tells me "Pay attention to what happens in this dream and the message being conveyed." My guides don't give me answers - they "guide" me by asking me questions that get me thinking for myself. They also send me synchronicities (meaningful coincidences that defy the odds) to let me know I'm on the right path, like laying a trail of bread crumbs for me.
This resonates with me deeply. Very much true for me as well. 🩷✨

Love this! I had an experience one time. Might of been an Angel? Might of been a Spirit Guide? He had those blue eyes and his energy was very high vibration. He then just disappeared.
I had a similar experience with a child in a wheelchair --- vibration was so high i couldn't take my eyes off him. He was nonverbal but when he left, i told his parents his wonderful soul was so beautiful. I was in tears!!!!

If our soul decides to support another soul, by being abusive, then why would I want to come back to fix my karma? I wasn’t being bad because I’m bad. I came to be of service to another soul. If I am loved unconditionally and not judged on the other side, then why do I have karma?

I had the same questions as you. All of these questions are answered in the book of spirits by Allan Kardec. The answers are allegedly coming from the spirit realm. Almost any question you can think of is answered in this book. I won’t debate it’s veracity, but it’s pretty compelling.

Yes, we choose the life, but all that happens to us in that life isn’t pre-determined. We don’t know everything that will transpire before coming here, as there are countless variables from others’ free will choices. We come here at great risk, being subjected to traumas we never “signed up for”, which is a major part of this harsh realm.

Great Interview with Garnet Schulhauser. Alex, your channel is definitely productive. That said though, If you are going to bring up and discuss Money, there needs to be much more unpacking of it. You touched on the fact that we do not need a lot. This is a great point. If we are in Service to Others, we will already be in that place where we KNOW we always have everything we need and that this journey requires us to take care not to take more than that...... But, philanthropy is not Service to Others........in otherwords, people who hoard money to begin with (taking more than what they need).......giving a small portion of what they are hoarding off the backs of other living beings, not just humans but all living beings...... is not and could never be "doing good" or Service to Others....That is Service to Self in disguise. Evolution and Evolution/Manifestation of More Love requires Truth telling.

First he said: "The guide or source doesn't manipulate things, doesn't change things..." Later, when asked about guides helping things happen he claims: "Yeah they're in the background trying to help guide us to where we should be going..." So which is it? It can't be both.

I was raised Mormon for 40 years and even in that high demand religion, they teach that if you do not follow the teachings, and additionally, do all these ordinances, you will not be able to be in what they call spirit paradise after you die, you will be in spirit prison after you die, which is the same place, but it’s a negative feeling, and you will only be there unless you accept the Mormon teachings in the afterlife AND proxy work done for you by living people in the Mormon temples. After that, and the supposed resurrection, you will be assigned to one of 3 degrees of glory for all eternity. coming out of that religious teaching, it’s really comforting to understand what the reality is when it comes to the afterlife. Things are so much simpler than religion makes it. God is love. Not an anthropomorphic being seeking to judge us left and right and who will damn “his” children unless they’re a specific religion. there is no religion in the afterlife. There is no hell. There is no devil. These things are all concoctions of man-made religion. It is so much simpler than that. Learning about our souls and soul contracts, and that we are all energy and quantum physics and meditation, going with in to access the divine and spirit guides, is so much more comforting than having to rely on religious leaders, as middlemen to access God, and hope that your actions are good enough to not be damned for eternity

Amen to all you said. I left it too at 30 after being raised in a generational Mormon (temple attending) family. Hallelujah...I am 67 now and have NEVER regretted getting out. I have made many spiritual transitions in my last 37 years of spiritual growth. I am much closer to Spirit and relationship with my life's personal spiritual journey than I ever was in organized religion...especially in Mormonism. Yes...I too was damned by them as a "child of outer darkness" for leaving. But I never looked back. I wish any other Ex's out there much love, peace and light on their newfound spiritual journeys. I heard a voice behind me. My old phone, everytime I press a button it would say, Say a command. After I hit the button by mistake a person behind me said, say a command. I was frozen. Soon after that I had a terrible experience. Another time a woman sounded urgent behind me, I ended up in ICU. My house was anointed and blessed. The first one was a beautiful man's voice and the second time a women, she spoke so fast and urgent. So yes I believe I have a guide. I feel their are people watching my life I just know we're not alone. Too many experiences, even an out of body experience. 🙏🙏 I can write a book about it.

Famous author Taylor Caldwell wrote a lot of books ("Great Lion of God" comes to mind) to make up for a lifetime as a rather cruel woman of power at the time of Atlantis. She hurt a lot of people at that time and came back to make amends, and the best way was through her books. My Mom was quite the fan back in the day.

OMG!!!! I was going to comment to you Alex and ask you to ask about Astral Projection! I have experienced this on numerous occasions! When it has happened to me it's always a trauma situation that appears to me to be told. My most recent travel was witnessing a house fire! In the fire I remembered the home and how the window exploded out and a man in front of the home with soot on his face that gave me the creeps! The next morning on the news there was the house!!!! In San Francisco, same color, same window blown out, and an elderly woman died in the fire! The other projections were just as traumatic but different scenarios!
Remarkable that Garnet had the courage and the introspection to make such a huge life change. I admire him!!
So I've just been listening to the part where you asked Garnet about life on other planets and why if they are so idyllic, what is there to learn there. I had a thought that apart from having a break from Earth, that maybe the lesson we learn there is that other civilizations are capable of living in peace and maybe we are supposed to learn from them how to live in peace. Sort of giving us life lessons on what our future could be. Give some people who are capable of change (ie some of the new incarnations) ideas on how to go about us getting to the same level. Funny thing about people being pushed to meeting each other. I had just moved out of home and had been living in a flat by myself for just a week. I went to a party my girlfriend threw at her and her house mates' place. I asked her if there were any guys there. She said yeah a couple. One who's probably not looking for anything because he just broke up with someone and another guy he's friends with. Long story short, I am with the guy who had just broken up with his girl the week before, which was at the same time I moved into my place. He told me that his spirit guides LITERALLY NAGGED him into getting together with me, telling him he would regret it if he didn't. He basically moved in with me the same week because the friends place he was staying at told him he had to move soon because the wife was expecting her second child. Everything fell into place just at the right time. We have been married for 43 years now.
I just love to hear all these experiences. I would love to have this experience myself
then do it...
i wish i was as lucky to have my spirit guide come meet me on the street. AND to have my guide take my hand and fly off on an astral adventure!??! most of us feel like we on our own in this life, right? or am i the only one
One of the best teachers ive ever heard
The part about guides leading us to our spouse/mate stood out to me. Before I got together with my wife, I had a serious relationship with another woman and we were going to get married, but for a number of reasons things did not work out and we ended up going our separate ways. Not long after, I got together with my wife who coincidentally has the same last name as my previous girlfriend (although not related), almost like the universe or my guides sent my wife my way because for some unknown reason I was supposed to marry a woman with that particular last name. Also, my wife and I discovered that we had an unusual number of coincidences in our lives, so many in fact that it's almost like some kind of cosmic joke. I'd wager that we planned it that way, and when we eventually die and go to the other side, we'll find out that is exactly what we did. We had all of these coincidences so that we would know for sure that we were with the correct person to marry and have children like we ended up doing.

Thank you for helping us to understand this side of life . My father spent two years during the 2nd world war in India and told me about their spiritual beliefs,meditation,levitating yoga etc , I was a teen in the 1960 in the uk and we had meditation and yoga classes .

Some people describe life is like a spirit playground, we are here to play different roles with our eternal lives. However, I have difficult time thinking here is a playground， though , lol
In my investigations in NDE's, I've been realizing we, you, I, everyone is living all these lives. So Love your neighbor as yourself is critical because your neighbor IS yourself living a different experience.
Alex the best way for people to understand past lives and karma is to read about the Edgar CAYCE readings. Many Mansions. A book that shows how past lives and karma works.
Lobsang Rampa wrote many books regarding spirit guides, reincarnation since 1956 but people didn't believe him. Only few people believed him. Now many people people are more open minded.

At the 23 minute mark you speak of coming into this life choosing to be a drunk, a jerk, etc... I have a different take on that. I am someone who grew up with an abusive alcoholic father. I believe my soul chose my life, parents, etc... we all do. But not all choose to be the bad person - I feel (and have been told by the guides I speak with) that it is not a karmic thing because as a soul we do not have a judgement whether someone or an experience is good or bad or right or wrong... so there is no need to right a wrong or clear a slate. We wanted to come in to experience and overcome something as a human... if the human part of us gets lost in the trauma, victimhood etc. that is when they become the jerk, drunk, abuser... One day, I would love to share my understanding of it with you.
I went thru a couple of spiritual awakening..and it started with soulsearching.and it sure is a lonely road..but its worth it.

I just can’t understand the concept that someone would choose to come to this life to be cruel. How could that possibly elevate your consciousness?
Everyone has different experiences and hears different opinions on how things are set up. My belief is that I did not choose or have a choice in coming into this reality. I have experienced things that totally defy the "Free Will" doctrine. Life on this planet is like eating at a buffet, take your pick of all the different belief systems. Cannot validate any of them. As above so below? Ask 100 people what they think or ask 100 entities in the paranormal what they think, no difference. To many realities and no one entity knows them all.
Alex if I may I have a question for you. Do you feel or ever have an intuition that you may have chosen this life and to have chosen to do this podcast? The ego aspect of the mind / body / spirit complex gives the soul an archetypal "character" to play. A set of personality quirks and suppositions (filter) from which to experience life. Our spirit guides ensure that we arrive at contracted inflection points under the correct circumstances. We are not doomed to live our entire lives from these constraints if we spirituality awaken. We spirituality awaken and then seek understanding. We eventually come to the realization that we are divine awareness. Our perceived flaws are merely the aspect of ego that we can choose to extend grace to and release. We all deserve a second chance and more if needed. -A change of heart is a change of mind. -A change of mind is a change of perception. -Perception is reality. -A new perception creates a new reality. -A new reality is a new life.

At times my curling goes away and I watch the stars thru the opening. I’ve had floating lights. One thru my walls thst understood my words. I liked my eyes heart and mind with the beauty of a tree and found myself instantly time traveling into the future, when the grass I mowed brushed in my leg, it brought me to the now and realization shoes me I was in the future and I gasped and was instantly back to the present time reality were I started. I also had a cold violet fire Burt forth at my face leaving me with lights in my eyes. It’s quite the story!

Im 61 yrs old and when I was 15 I saw a movie called the Reincarnation of Peter Proud, I couldn't believe that their was a movie out in the 70's, Our souls live on.

I have had two NDEs, & both of them scared me at first, & then almost immediately I felt a peace, & love that you could never even imagine in this world. Your guest said that people don’t remember past lives, because it would make this life too difficult with all the confusion in their mind. However, there are many documented cases of children seven and under remembering past lives. It is interesting that just about all of them forget about their past lives around age 7 or sooner, so they can go on living their life they have now.
