--------------------- -------------------- -------------------- -------------------- -------------------- ---------------
David Bennett was once a brash young commercial diver and Chief Engineer of the Research Vessel Aloha. His harsh personal philosophy was, “you cut your swath through life to survive.” But one night, he was caught in a violent storm off the California coast, where he drowned. While technically “dead,” he met beings of light, relived his life, and peeked into his future, all resulting in a complete paradigm shift for him.
Later in life, he discovered he had stage IV lung and bone cancer-so advanced that his spine collapsed. Miraculously, he survived once again. These brushes with death taught him even more about living, loving, and how to find purpose in his life. David enjoys the retired life of a public speaker, author, and energetic healer.
Please enjoy my conversation with David Bennett.

  • I guess my grandma was lucky to have at least part of her family take her NDE seriously, and this was somewhere in the 1980s as well. I don't know what the rest of the family thought but I know my Dad and I took her seriously. We wanted to know. I'm glad she didn't have to be alone that way.

  • I'm an eight year cancer survivor. I decided to take as much control of the experience as possible by preparing for each step of the healing process: operations; chemo. During the worst part of chemotherapy, I had to admit to the Creator that I had no more strength or mental capacity to deal with the situation and that the Creator would have to take over. I wasn't giving up. I was just accepting whatever would happen. Thank you for sharing your story.

  • The is probably my all time favorite NDE. I've listened to David's story in many different interviews over the past few years. There are mountains of other very moving NDEs, as well. We're lucky to be living at a time when so many people are revived from death using modern medical techniques, as well as those who recover back to life, like David, without any help from doctors. And now with the proliferation of the internet, these folks can share all their experiences with us. What a blessing. This 3D space-time environment we all currently find ourselves in is indeed a subset of a much larger reality. And when we're done here, it's not an end. It's a continuation. I am 99.99999999% convinced of this fact, and I have no real fear of death - even though I have never had an NDE myself.

  • The ego Is not a villain. When Freud defined it, he thought an independently-existing reality was its formative dynamic. We now know that what we perceive as reality is the result of our own observation. It is our reaction to our own misperception. Cut the ego some slack, my friend.

  • You said that if you believe in Jesus - he will show up. If you believe in Buddah - Buddah 'll show up etc. Years ago I was reading a lot about NDE and I discovered that people after death saw Jesus. I don't remember even one single comment that someone saw someone else, a different God... They saw Angels, and guardians, and they heard the voice ( I had this during a dream. My dream was a very similar experience when people had it during NDE. ) At that time I was thinking that I want a new religion. I thought that I am only Christian because I was born in my country and I was raised that way. I spoke with many people of different religions, and I was looking for the truth... I read a lot about NDE and I discovered that - No matter what you believed in life, after death you will see Jesus. Some people said that they knew him. They knew that he is Jesus from Christians. Muslims knew Jesus because he is known in Koran very well and Jesus' Mother Virgin Mary is the only woman identified by name in Koran. Some people never knew who he was until later realized that he was Jesus. I am still looking for the truth.

  • I have never had an NDE, but I have had more than one kind of out-of-body experience. Each one affected me deeply and changed my perspective immensely. For example, when my brother died from cancer, I was so bereaved that I went into a dangerously deep depression. The selfish part of me wanted more time with him even though he was in so much pain in the end. But I missed him so much. I even began to doubt there was a God; until my brother visited me in a dream one night. I had had dreams about him before, but the one that brought me out of my depression was when he visited me in a room full of light. We sat in the light as though were sitting on comfortable chairs, and I got to tell him how worried I was about him and asked him how he was doing. He seemed puzzled by my grief and promised me that he was just fine. I could feel the peace and warmth within him, and I knew I did not have to worry about him anymore. Ever since my life has changed. He visited me once more to warn me about something I was going through and told me what to do to avert a major problem. I am glad that I took his advice; my life would have been changed for the worse had I not.

All I can say is that after my grandmother came to me and took me out of my body and traveled… I suddenly lost all fear of death. This out of body experience was just too real and my grandmother told me so many things and showed me so many real things.

  • From Australia . June 2023. Great podcast. Really interesting . I didn't have any grandmother's in this life however have a spiritual nature. Fortunate to have had a physics education . It's obvious the math symmetry in our existence is beautiful and obvious. Harmonics and symmetry everywhere. Faith in the " outside" is a strength not a weakness . It's an attempt to connect with one of the many dimensions that exist . We all know the 4 x dimensions . Challenges we face. Be optimistic . Be cheerful. Be full of wonder every second of the day. Know that we are all loved by "out there ". Don't be afraid .

    • I once heard "You are loved!" as the invisible hand of love stroked my hair. I was in my mid to late 30's and feeling quite alone, lonely, and unloved when this wonderful experience of loving encouragement occurred. The hand stroked my hair until my heart was so full of love, joy, and belonging that I felt I was a shining light. "You are never alone." This realization gives me great inner strength and gave me forgiveness and increased unconditional love for others, but this is not a NDE. Although I have had an NDE. Sister Barbara

  • I believe your story and I am so glad you shared with us. The day of my sister's funeral after everyone left. My mother, my daughter and myself were sitting at the dining room table. My brother had fallen asleep on the sofa with the tv on. We could hear it in the background. I started to notice that the volume was going up and down. I asked my daughter if she could hear it and she nodded. In the next second, I saw a very small light cross the darken entryway into the hall. I guess I had an amazed look on my face. I was looking around hoping to see it again and I did, I saw it fly into my daughter. At that second my daughter was watching me and was about to say "would you stop". All she got out was "would you" and she jumped out of her seat and said, "okay auntie I won't sit in your chair. At that point my mother was freaking out and asked us to stop... We didn't talk about it for years but I had to confirm with my daughter that it indeed happened.

The knowing that you are never alone as you have a Soul family, and that you are loved is just so heartwarming. It has truly been an absolute pleasure to listen to this lovely interview! Thank you both so very much for sharing such beauty and love! Much Love and Light to all!🙏❤🙏

    • I'd say all the others are also authentic, except many don't get to experience much because their level of consciousness or inner growth is not high enough to take in much. You note that he had been meditating = attempting to contact the world of souls - thanks to those grandmothers - and had already familiarised himself with some of the experiences "over there", though he had not brought much into his in-body consciousness.

  • Thank you. And is really powerful (from my own experience) when you are open and in love with ALL the people, they are feeling that . Ones I see a woman who hold the little baby. I felt Devine. She came to me and asked "Would you like to hold my baby ?" . I was shocked!!! This was in my mind and my wish. When I was holding the baby-girl, she said:"She is 2 days old " . It was an experience OUT OF THIS WORLD !!! And I didn't ask! She offered me to hold her baby!!!! I had many experiences, unexplainable. It felt so light and easy. 2.5 years ago my husband died and I lost myself. But I remember how it was.!!!!

  • Mr. Ferrari Thanks for all your very interesting Spiritual videos. Amazing how Mr. Bennett was resuscitated with the wreckage and his soul family members pushing him back into his body. My younger brother drowned at the age of20 and then about six months later I met him in my dreams. He and I were running towards each other then poof before we could touch I awoke.

  • Awesome! I think what you get out of a NDE corresponds to your level of consciousness. This good man experienced deep realities that are useful to us as well, because he is a relatively experience (or advanced) soul that had shown enough maturity to benefit from the grandmothers' guidance to begin with. By the way, while did say the entire group was his soul family, I couldn't make out whether or not he realised that one of those living "fragments of light" was his own higher self (or superego - or whatever the name) ... But I am sure he knows.

  • At 6:20 "We have to get a job. We have to be successful. We have to compete. This is the way our culture teaches us." This man is not taking into consideration that there are different "cultures" in America. I'm black. And many folks in my culture knew NOTHING about "competing" and "being successful" (which would include attaining a college degree). When I was growing up, no one talked about ANY of that stuff. My parents didn't know and their parents didn't know, therefore I didn't know. What we knew was surviving: trying to make sure our rent was paid and having enough money to buy some food. And he says, "There's not a lot of room for spiritual connection." Again, he's not taking into consideration other cultures in America. The Black culture (for the most part) FOR SURE has always had a very strong spiritual connection.
