The peanut butter cookie dough recipe tastes like the filling for a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup it's sooooo good. Also using an immersion blender to mix the wet ingredients is a game changer
Decided to make this last night and it didn’t disappoint. Finally got to try it and I’m blown away with how good this is way better than eating a protein bar. Great job thanks for sharing.
By far the best protein cookie dough on KZhead. Believe me I’ve tried plenty lol. A bit high on the caloric side, but I just made it, and personally I was satisfied after eating about 1/4 of the total recipe. Put the rest in the fridge for when my sweet tooth strikes tomorrow! I can already tell your other recipes are going to be delicious as well, so stoked I found this channel!
If you are going to pasteurize your eggs and heat your flour make sure you give it 30 minutes to cool back down before making the rest of the batter. I learned this during the OG cookie dough video.
LOL Great tip!!!!
Your Chanel is so underrated man, awesome content. Keep up the great work, these recipes are life changing
I wait all week for your recipes man. This thanksgiving I am thankful for you.
LOL. What a comment!!! And I am thankful for all of you that tune in.
I just made your blueberry muffins (warmed up in microwave) and had it with a serving of cold cookie dough. Tasted amazing. Keep up the good work!
I bought some PE Science Vanilla Gourmet for the sole purpose of trying this recipe. I just made it and I couldn't help but taste it. It tastes AMAZING! I'll try to save some to see how the taste improves after 24 hours in the fridge ;) That was exactly the sweet fix that I needed at the end of the day. Thank you so much for your work. I've been trying a lot of your recipes and I have ALWAYS been AMAZED by the result. I can't say that of any other cooking channels on youtube.
Last I checked, salmonella is actually on the shell of the egg and not actually in the yolk. I'm a batter boy myself and care not for the warnings.
Yes that's how I understand it as well. So I can guess trying to clean the eggs can be another defense mechanism, but my batter boy tendencies say its time to eat already.
@@Exercise4CheatMeals exactly. Why wait when we can enjoy now?
Most of the salmonella cases from raw cookie dough are actually from the flour
@@mattbettinson4576 Hey Matt. That is misinformation. It is even more rare in flour. There is 400 million tons produced each year and the last recall was 3.5 years ago and didn’t even have any reports of the illness (salmonella), but was precautionary. They dont have an exact number online, but just by doing some simple math thats over 400 trillion tons eaten every year and the last out break was 3.5 years ago which idk what is above a trillion. Google just said quadrillion. So yeah, 1.2 quadrillion tons were eaten since the last outbreak. The numbers just don’t support your accusation.
@@Exercise4CheatMeals ah TIL! Recipe looks dope btw
Respect how much time you take to nail down the perfect recipes man! Keep up the great work! 💪
Thanks man!!! Might take longer, but worth the wait!
@@Exercise4CheatMeals When making one of these, how many servings do you estimate is in those? I am asking as from what I can calculate, the chocolate chip comes out at 996 cal
Your content keeps getting better and better! Nice job 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks Ben!
So good! I subbed MCT oil for the butter because that's all I had on hand and it still turned out incredible! I also made a chocolate version with 30g cacao powder and 60g ap flour.
I may have missed it but I didn't see the macros for these cookie doughs. Can you post them? Incredible content as always btw. I'm amazed how meticulous and methodical you are in each recipe. Definitely deserves more recognition! 👏🏾

Ive tried two of these recipes now. The vanilla with chocolate chip, and the snicker doodle one. Eventhough im not a big cinamon guy, my guy right here really sold the snickerdoodle one. And i gotta give credit where credit is due. Both recipes were absolutely bussin. Consistency and taste are right on point. Well done my man!
i legit don't understand how you only have this many subs. your content is very good.
Thank you Logan!!
Gonna try this after browning the butter and see if I like it better. Dope recipes man

Lmk what you end up making
You are a genius, I made the peanut butter one and it taste amazing, has no diet sugar aftertaste. Definitely subscribing
Oh my God! I made the chocolate chip cookie dough today, which is to die for. However, I used one scoop of birthday cake whey protein and one scoop of casein because I ran out of PEScience. It tasted amazing, like a cake batter cookie dough with chocolate chips! Thank you so much. You’re the man 🤟🏼
Sounds delicious what brand of birthday cake protein did you use?
@@joshuam3903 I used 1up nutrition birthday cake whey protein.
@Lola-ss5jf Awesome thanks a bunch can't wait to try it out. 😁

Thank you!!! Flavor Town is where I wanna live
Love your recipes, your Oreo mcflurry was an absolute game changer! I was wondering how I could make your anabolic cookie dough recipe into an anabolic sugar cookie dough recipe? Do have any ideas on how I should go about this? I've been craving the Pillsbury sugar cookie dough for a while now and haven't found a recipe yet. Appreciate any help.
this style of video is so much better than anything else ive seen from this guy
😂 ty
If he mentioned the calories in the video I missed it, but I tried to calculate them myself to see if this was a recipe I was gonna try. Using myfitness pal & the web for the calorie numbers from the protein: 80g of AP flour= 277 Kcal. 21g of butter= 155 Kcal. 2 servings of PEScience Gourmet Vanilla 2 x 116 Kcal = 232 Kcal. 2 eggs 2 x 66 Kcal= 112 Kcal. 1 egg white 17 Kcal. So that comes to a total of 793 Kcal for what appears to be one serving of cookie dough. I understand what for one person might be a high calorie meal, might be a low calorie meal for another. I am trying to lose weight at the moment and just under 800 calories for what is basicly a snack is too high for me, but hey if you are bulking and have a high metabolism, this might be a good additon to your diet.
I used this several times to lose weight and is half the calories of regular cookie dough, but if you are looking for high volume, low calorie dense food this isnt it. Totally understandable
You could just eat less cookies at a time as well, like with this you could have double the cookies.
@@thatblackdude3217 lol this you don’t have to eat all of them quick though good luck with that i guess
he put it at the end. and a whole container of cookie dough is kinda a lot but even if you eat the whole thing of the peanut butter one its almost a 10:1 calorie to protein ratio which is really good.
If you want a better one just do what i do and mix nonfat greek yogurt and some sweetener with peanut butter powder. Dip in some cut up apples and its absolutely delicious, thick as hell, rich, and much lower calorie.
The original and the Oreo are just so amazing 😍 I’m actually not allowed to just have them whenever because I’m one of those freaks who will eat it all like it’s that good!
If you have had the OG AND the oreo then you know. Oreo is lowest key out of all of them.
The cookie dough one is the only one I tried but it was really good I’ll have to try the others!
Hey Ben!! The original?? They are all cookie doughs so im confused. 😂
Nice video. As a retired baker, I imagine someone could temp the eggs with flour and butter to heat, then when cooled, add in protein powder.
Thx for the recipes ! I love snacking on cookie dough, but was wondering if you can also bake cookies with these recipes. Or if you would change anything to make bake-able dough. Thx !
I didnt have a gram scale so it took a bit to convert but I made this dough! However I made it gluten free and used unflavored goat whey. I did 3 whole eggs to since it ended up a bit on the drier side but man is it good!!
Just made this today and had some extra on the whisk and spatula...couldn't help but try it...omg! Doubt I will be waiting the 24 hours to try the rest!
I used the Chocolate Chip recipe to make brownie dough by substituting the vanilla protein powder with chocolate protein powder and the white sugar with cocoa powder. It is DELICIOUS
I dropped the bowl while making this. 10/10 tastes great even off the floor
😂😂😂
just found your channel. I promise you if you keep these videos going, you will make it big on youtube.
❤️
Your cookie doughs are absolute wizardry. I am like you as I live dangerously and don't cook the flour and have no problem using raw eggs.
I think alot of the Cream Team lives dangerously..... and I love it
How long do these stay good for in the fridge? Thanks for the amazing recipes brother!
I've always been very simple, rice and chicken, pasta with canned sauce, eggs, oats with peanut butter but this channel is really making me start to think about really cooking and making recipes. I am on a bulk and with most of these recipes being made for cuts Its unfortunate but there are still many I want to try. The deep dish pizza and pancakes are something I think I am absolutely going to have to try.
Also, keep on the grind man. Your videos are so high quality, well edited, and fantastic recipes, dare I say some of the best recipes I have ever seen. All it takes is those few videos at the right time and rice place to blow up.
Bro... I ate the whole tub. Works fine with Quest. Gonna try chocolate next batch.
Does the cookbook include macros too for each recipe?
It's absolutely mind blowing how much Kerrygold is better than regular cheap butter. It takes Sautéed veggies, or potatoes to a next level.
All block and stick butter tastes the same to me . I don't do margarine.
Kerrygold is amazing! It's one of the best products we have in ireland but its off the charts in terms of fat content. Fyi - Try toast with salted Kerrygold. Basic but Yum 😊
I buy kerrygold at Costco for a very affordable price
When will you make a book!!?!? I’ll buy it!!!
Creating it as we speak!
I’ve been a subscriber for a while and can confirm the chocolate chip cookie dough is gas and the PB dough is good as well. I’ve been making a batch of the chocolate chip for the past 3-4 months every week. Been using the original recipe though, this video slightly tweaked ingredients and I’m interested to try it this way now. Keep up the great content Nick!

Ideas on adapting any of these to be an oatmeal cookie dough? I think Snickerdoodle, given some oats and a bit less flour would work...
Great recipes as always!! Only one thing that you mentioned that is borderline warning…. Erithryrol is not that easy on many tummies!!! Personally… 2 tablespoons of Swerve not only me MANY tummies get messed up with sugar alcohols..stevia has come along way… just thought I’d mention it n case others do t realize what’s causing extra “toots” Love&light from California ❤❤

Would it be possible to list the ingredients in a big list to make shopping a bit easier for me? Thank you!
Would you say this version is better than the the version with light butter you made earlier? They stopped carrying it at stores near me
Weekend project set.
What chocolate chips did you use? Looks like Tollhouse from the second look we get but are they semi sweet, milk, dark? Only asking because I want the macros to be the same as what you calculated so I need to use exactly what you use. Thanks! :)
Have you tried cooking the dough? I bet they’re pretty stellar cookies too

Hey Nick , I'm on the road , so what grams would egg beaters be? Not wanting to buy eggs right now. Thanks in advance
From what I've heard, having salmonella once will cure "living on the edge!", but I'm there with you eating raw flour and eggs...😂
I dropped a like for the toilet-injury slow-mo… infomercial gold
I know you have other vids on it, but still surprised that Oreo cookie dough didn’t get a mention
does anybody know the nutrition information? im really struggling to find it
For some reason, I hadn't made this since I made the original a year ago or so. I won't be making that mistake again. These are absolute fire! Came together in 10 minutes, and tastes off-the-charts amazing. My wife, who usually hates protein-based recipes, even enjoyed this. I made the chocolate chip, but didn't have chocolate chips on hand so I mixed in some Oreo crumbs, and have been snacking on this all day. I even tried to mix it into my nightly Creami, though that didn't come out very well IMO, curious how you'll do that. (It mixed too much with the ice cream so wasn't even visible in the end product.) The only thing I'd change is that I used a protein powder that isn't quite as good as PEScience, still waiting for a shipment from them to arrive with a batch of powders. Love this recipe so much! Will be making it again every time it runs out, I think! :)
Egg beaters and carton egg whites are pasteurized. Just use them 👍🏻
These would be perfect as mix-ins in a ninja creami recipe
Wondering if you could freeze this in a thin layer, then break into small pieces and add it to a creami pint as a mix in... have you tried it??
We need a brownie recipe lol
Man I love Urethratol. My favorite sweetener.
Bruhh your urethra is the hole where your urine comes out of (where you peepee comes out from) 😂 Erythritol is a sugar substitute sweetener that nick uses in the recipe.
I watched all your original cookie dough videos. I'm absolutely ashamed that I haven't made any yet.
Thats okay!! Its never too late
If you don’t feel like dealing with eggs, ground flax egg is an easy alternative. Also be careful not to over consume ethyritol, it can cause heart problems in the long term, from what I’ve found stevia seems to be a decent alternative
What cardiac pathologies does erythritol cause? I am an interventional cardiologist and never heard about this in medical school, residency, or fellowship. Would love to learn where you heard this. Thanks!
How long does this stay good in the fridge for?

snickerdoodles are my jam ill have to give them a shot. loved the chocolate chip one from a while back and the PB wasnt bad either
If you loved snickerdoodle I think you might like it more than the CC. LMK when you try it out!!
Have you tried making these with your vital wheat gluten instead of just flour for even more protein? I tried it with 30g gluten and 50g oat flour. Tastes good to me. But I like oatmeal chocolate chip.

can i bake with it if i add flour?

How many servings does each batch make? Great work again bro
About 6.34. Each batch is about 380g.
Might you try making vegan and gluten-free versions of these recipes?
Pasteurizing your eggs is easy to do in bulk with a sous vide, 135F for 75 minutes. Also, if any of the eggs are tiled with the big end up when you put them in, it means they're rotten.
only if they float are they rotten

I have a peanuts butter cookie recipe that's vegan so you can eat the dough. It's so good
Amazing peanut butter cookies Recipe (its very simple) 1 cup rolled oats (replaced flour, i used gluten-free bob's red mill) 1 cup peanut butter (i used adams 100% natural peanut butter; creamy) 1 ripe organic banana, mashed (replaces egg) 1 inch organic vanilla bean (replaces extract) 3/4 cup 100%pure organic Maple syrup (i used crown maple) step-by-step: 1. start by placing oats in a food processor (or blender if you don't have a processor.) and pulse til a floury powder. sifting oat 'flour' is optional. 2. in a bowl mix peanut butter and maple syrup. then add the banana and oat flour. 3. take the section of vanilla bean and slice it length wise to open center. with back of knife scrape the insides of the bean and add to mix. discard bean husk remains. 4. preheat Oven to 350 5. mix ingredients to a 'wet' dough. its ok if it looks over moist. place in fridge to chill while waiting for oven to preheat. 6. take wax or parchment paper and place on a cookie tray then take a cookie scooper and place a cookie dough on tray. then take a fork and smash them down in the traditional peanut butter cookie fashion (a crises-cross). and place in over. (at this point if you don't know how to bake cookies we might need to work on your cooking skills :P ) 7. cook for ~20 minutes or until dark golden brown. 8. let cool for minimum 5 mins. added options: for a special treat add organic chocolate drizzle, or coat the top with chocolate. 1. use a double boiler or a pan and ceramic bowl with water and place chip into bowl (make sure there is plenty of water on bottom pot) 2. bring water to a boil(high heat) while occasionally stirring chocolate chips. reduce to a simmer (medium to medium-high heat) til chocolate runs smooth off the tongs of a dinner fork. 3a. for drizzle use fork to spread chocolate in a sweeping motion. or 3b. for covered spoon chocolate over cooled cookies and spread til covered. and last step: ENJOY and Share

Can we use almond flour or some no/low carb flour instead of all purpose flour?
🤷🏻♂️ I mean im sure you can I just think it could very possibly change taste dramatically depending how much you sub in
