This is the biggest concern I've seen so far. The brother is way too nice. If I was forced to feed my blood to those leeches, they would have been exterminated the next day.
Keep watching this show and there will be other concerns that will top this one. I think they search for the most disturbing concerns that they can find, in order to keep viewer ratings high.

I think they are victims here because they are way too nice. Anger and politeness, everything has a limit. If you get too angry, they brand you as hotheaded fool or anger management case. If you are too polite, people will see it as a weakness and bully you. There can be people who will deny, but this is what I learnt from the world and I did rather be called hotheaded than getting bullied for being too polite.

You might not know the real situations. Probably apart from her love of leeches, she is a nice person. She's probably the one who take care of the house and paid expenses. And if her brother loves her enough to be considerate, its probably she's nice to him too.

I was trying so hard to understand her interest in petting leeches, but I still do not get it. I would not pet a dog if I knew my family would not like it. Her family was nice enough to let her keep a few. (3-5 at the beginning) Everyone has to make an effort. Her family understood that she sorta needed them at first so they were okay with it. I agree. I hate it when people try to force their likes on others and make them feel the same. We're all individuals, you can't force something. especially likes and dislikes, on others. Whenever I hear that reason in a concern, it makes my blood boil. The lack of consideration, sympathy, and empathy is always frustrating. Almost always it completely impossible for a person with that mindset to understand the other's struggle so nor progress or growth happens and it's very upsetting :(

My mom worked in a field when she was in her teens. She almost died because a leech was sucking her leg and my uncle was holding a knife, almost slicing of my my Mom's skin.
TWICE FAN the easy way to remove the leech in our skin is to rub them with a soap much better if you use a bath soap.

Poor little Jaehyo was terrified when they mentioned making it suck him. Also a little analogy. In our family my siblings and I, we all want to raise a pet, preferably a puppy or a cat but we really just want a pet. I am an adult (although they aren't) and so technically we could bring one into our house if we wanted. But because we live in a family, its something that has to be discussed with them and they refused for many reasons. My dad works night shifts and has to sleep during the day. Imagine if we had a puppy that's barking away while he's trying to sleep, just because it's our interest and our parents "should be understanding of us". She's doing just that. I was trying to look at things from her perspective but once they relayed everything the physician told them I made a firm stance against her. Not only is she making her family uncomfortable but also putting them in harms way for her "babies".

My house is beside the paddy field.. there are so many leeches in there.. The leeches once had sucked my blood when i was a kid and i hate it.. it's so disgusting... and that's why i can understand his brother's concern... for me, this is so a big concern..

I read something in a book about a girl whose nose is always bleeding and later she found out that there is a leech living there. I really hate leeches and this gave me goosebumps like how can you keep them as a pet 😭.

If she was my sister, I'll definitely throw a bag of salt in the container of leech that she keep. If she's living by herself and keep it, i will not care.
