    • No she shouldn’t you simpleton, she got a call about him and she decided he needed to go to jail for a bit that’s what she’s paid to do it’s her job just like it’s the job of the men who transported him to not cuff him like an animal and drive off like they’re hauling cargo. The men who TRANSPORTED him need to be held accountable that wasn’t even her squad car. I don’t fear the police as much as I do the dull minded citizens who clearly can’t or don’t think for themselves.

You are unfamiliar with the term gross negligence, that is what happened here & that is illegal. He fell as a direct result of them not properly doing their job, which costed him the rest of his normalcy. & I am sorry but you NEVER try to move someone if they’ve fallen and you have no clue how bad it is, that can literally kill someone. That is elementary for a cop to know.

      @OsakaBancho@OsakaBanchoАй бұрын
    • @@OsakaBanchoThey shouldn’t have gotten him out at all themselves. They should’ve hopped into the van and checked if he’s breathing or has a pulse, then probably call paramedics if he’s not waking up. For fuck’s sake he’s paralyzed. It’s the same thing if it was just some guy who was having a stroke, you don’t shake them or toss water on their face like an idiot, you take reasonable precautions. These cops should be charged with recklessness and fired, if not charges for attempted murder due to negligence. So to answer your question, with a gurney. It’s pretty damn simple.

      @withervortex5429@withervortex5429Ай бұрын
    • @@OsakaBanchothey could have walked into the van with a gurney on standby and CARRIED the PARALYZED and UNCONSCIOUS man out of the transport van to take him to the hospital. Also, the attorneys believe it to be intentionally done, the officers first question was "Is he unconscious" and after finding that he was began to yank him out by his legs, possibly further injuring his spine and taking away the option to have it fixed. Then they let him fall on the ground. They didn't have the decency to treat him like a human being and treated him like a diseased animal instead.
