Usyk is not known as a knock out artist. Fury fought wilder and ngannou, arguably the hardest hitters on the planet. I don’t see usyks punches and combinations phasing fury. Fury’s best bet is to apply pressure and keep his weight on him to slow him down. Usyks only way of winning this is by decision.

Usyk arueably lost to DuBois. He was very lucky that shot was called a low blow. He was hurt bad. I do think it was low by the rules but that shot is called low about 50% of the time.

Look you can think that Usyk might win, but you're absolutely delusional if you think he's going to knock the Gypsy King out. Personally I don't think Tyson Fury really has the fire in him anymore or the passion for boxing, I think he's just cashing in for retirement. Usyk is a humble, well-mannered man and a highly skilled Boxer. Fury has not fought anyone near as good as Usyk.
The problem is that Usyk is 37 years old in January. His style is similart to Pacquaio and we all did see how the age affected Pacquaio against Mayweather..

I think they are both way past their primes. 35 Fury and 37 Usyk on fight day. After turning 36 yrs old Mohammad Ali had 4 fights and lost 3 of those. Skills are there until they aren't. Maybe this is a fight to see who has what left and not two greats in their primes. This fight is 5 yrs to late for me. Seems to be the story of boxing. Father time has been around forever and is undefeated. Boxers always stay around to long. Maybe both should be retired and enjoying their millions with their families. A 30 year old Tyson Fury losses to nobody on the planet in my opinion. At 35 who knows whats left.

You are a Fury hater. A prime Tyson Fury beats any fighter in the history of the sport. Fighters start to decline after the age of 30. Neither fighter is in their prime. This fight would have been much better about 7 years ago but it is what it is. This fight will show who as declined the least as they are both 7 or 8 years past their prime. Marketing is everything. Tyson gets it. Its about drumming up excitement. Usyk seems like the guy you'd want as a neighbor. I hope the fight happens, and that it becomes a fight worth the money. The only way fury loses is if he wants to sail off to the sunset. If he doesn't train, and wants to live the good life he'll lose, otherwise fury will definitely win. I'd be very surprised if fury loses to usyk and ever boxes again.

Usyk is a superb fighter, but Fury is a good boxer and a huge Heavyweight. Early success for Usyk winning rounds, but I think Fury has excellent stamina and wears him down and wins this.

The Fury who fights Usyk will be a different fighter he'll be well up for it, no complacency for this one. Both fighters know what's at stake its the undisputed Heavyweight.

The difference is that Fury also actually had to be worried about Francis's power, and he didn't want to over commit and get caught. Let's be frank, Usyk doesn't have anything that Fury needs to even be remotely worried about, as far as power is concerned. I really don't think Usyk can stop him from stepping in and mauling. If Fury decides to actually throw some real leather, Usyk might be in big trouble after a few rounds of 280+ leaning and pulling on him. Fury has multiple ways to win, Usyk has 1. I just don't know I like them both.

Fury made the heavyweight division exciting again. It was dead for almost 15 years with a silent boring champion who doesn’t talk and doesn’t know how to sell a fight. Fury is a good man, i’ve seen that version of him but he knows how to entertain. He’s always thankful to the Lord every end of the fight.

I'm a huge fan of Tyson Fury but with this interview, I can easily see that the match against Ngannou was quite damaging for Tyson. He is yet to get over the devastating mental shame of Ngannou knocking him down. He knew he lost the mismatch contest against Ngannou. Tyson's uncontrolled blustering in this press conference was a hangover of defeat from the match against Ngannou

Why though? Ngannou is a different breed of fighter he's way beyond Tyson fury who in my opinion out of shape and overrated, Ngannou won the fight imo, he knocked tyson down he was fighting the man with the hardest punch on record and Tyson's too old usyk will wipe the floor with him.

I agree with this post. I can't see Fury winning on points. Usyk is just too skillful. Look at Joshua. Joshua was shouting about strength after the second match. It's not power lifting. It's a skill. And I think Fury will definately have to stop him for the win. Which by no means is not impossible. Ask Wilder!!

Hmm? I have always favoured Fury in this one. That said, in my view it was totally disrepectful for Fury to talk like he did to Uysk. He definitely tried to get under Usyk's skin and clearly failed. One thing for sure is that Fury cannot come up flat like he did in his last fight or he will lose. Usyk is very skilled but one must not forget, so is Fury. Should be a great fight and we will see!

What few people noticed is that in that fight Usyk stepped away Whenever he felt like Marko was about to fall. He gave him time to recover to continue beating him up. One of the comentators even said that Usyk steps away ot let the dominance marinade into Huck. Usyk made Huck fight for his life praying for a KO that never came. In the beggining when Huck landed a punch Usyk danced around grinning. After one of the destructive rounds for Huck Usyk was visible happy from how the fight was going.

With Tyson, it's like watching a bad WWE audition. Ali's smack-talk was clever, witty, and he oozed confidence. Iron Mike sounded like he genuinely intended to put his opponent in the morgue. Fury just sounds rattled and a bit dim.

The problem is Usyk just isn't heavy-handed enough to keep him down. And if Fury decides to really step in and throw in earnest, and maul in the clinch, Usyk will have his hands full. Just depends which Fury comes out. Slick boxer or super heavyweight mauler
