Quietly one of Ray’s best roles. So tragic, a Father watching his only son deteriorate into the drug world. Toward the end w that letter that George reads with Ray’s voice speaking just gets me so bad
He gives that impression of a humble routine support actor guy, who does his job, meets A-class actors somewhere in his way, praises directors, admires legends he met, but doesn't fully realise he is one already. What an icon. Such humbleness with a serious dedication to the craft. Liotta is amazing.
