  • good video, but two things one never use a knife on a nonstick pan 😂 an two I've noticed that you never put the meat in the fridge to chill , that's where I think you went wrong with the hand made burgers 😂, besides that good job

    • You mean the Stanley knife. Yea that was stupid of me. Put meat in fridge? Why , what would that do and what point does it need doing ??

  • Those Sausage Rolls looked absolutely delicious Andy... 😋 I would definitely like to give these a try myself buddy... I don't even think that professional Chef's make their own Puff Pastry these days either Andy... It's much easier and quicker for them to buy it premade instead... So you did the right thing here my friend... I remember many years ago... I used to visit a mate of mine at least once or twice a week on my motorbike... While there visiting... If we got hungry... We would either grab Fish & Chips from the local Chippy... Or we would go to the local Cafe and grab a B.E.S.T. Sandwich... Bacon... Egg... Sausage... Tomato... But there was also a third option... And i can't remember what the hell they were called... But they were like a mixture between a D shaped Cornish Pasty... And a Findus Crispy Pancake. But the outside of it was covered in French Wholegrain Mustard before being cooked... They came in several different varieties... With several different fillings... Some were filled with Beef... Some were filled with Chicken... And some were filled with Lamb... etc... But that coating of French Wholegrain Mustard gave it a lovely spicy kick once it had been cooked... They were absolutely stunning mate... I just wish that i could remember what they were called... As i would love to try them again one day... 😋 Anyway my friend... Please pass on my kindest regards to your good lady wife and family Andy... And also could you please pass on my best wishes to Bob too mate... Many thanks for the video... It's very much appreciated pal... Enjoy the rest of your weekend Andy... All the very best... Cheers guys.🍺

    • Hi Rick. Those sausage rolls were out of this world and I truly enjoyed making them. There is no way I'm going through the faf of making puff pastry, it's mental 🤣🤣 Your sandwiches sound good but I really like the idea of mustard on the outside. I will incorporate that into one of my future creations. Thanks 😊 Everyone here send their fondest regards. Have a fantastic weekend bud 🥃🍺🥃🍺

    • @@AWWF It wasn't a sandwich Andy... It literally looked like a hybrid between a D shaped Cornish Pasty... And a Findus Crispy Pancake... But they had an outer coating of French Wholegrain Mustard... But I'm genuinely struggling to remember what they were called pal... I might try finding something similar online to show you... But they were incredibly delicious Andy... It's really annoying when the name won't come to me like that... Anyway my friend... Enjoy the rest of your weekend... Cheers mate. 🍺

    • @rickb3645 😊Rick I was talking about your b.e.s.t sandwich. The D shape one you mentioned is the one I'm going to have to have a go at with the mustard part. Have a great weekend bud.🍺🥃

    • @@AWWF I've been looking online Andy... And there's several items that are from various different countries... But are also very similar visually speaking... I think that the closest i can find is the Empanada... They can be oven baked or deep fried... But there are also some Air fryer recipes too... I'll either put a link in the reply section below this comment... Or i'll give you the precise wording to put in the search bar above... So you can find the video mate... But where they show you them using egg wash to glaze them... That's where you'll need to use the French Wholegrain Mustard to glaze their top surface instead mate... 👍 All the best Andy... Cheers mate. 🍺
