How to Make a Darth Vader Helmet with EVA Foam | STAR WARS DARTH VADER Wearable Mask
Hello Friends! As the title says, this video shows you how to make a Darth Vader Helmet completely out of EVA foam!

The detail in this incredible for the fact it is made with foam! How did you ever figure out the pattern? #incredible

- Thank you so much! Literally piece by piece! I would get one piece right and then figure out the next and continued working my way down the mask.

What millimeter of foam do you use? And what brand of contact cement did you use?

- For this I used 6mm, 4mm and a couple small pieces of 2mm. I typically use Weldwood contact cement.
