Patrice O'Neal | Patrice O’Neal Live! (Full Comedy Special)

2021 ж. 18 Ақп.

According to Patrice, kids can't help but laugh when they see something funny, even if it is impolite. Adults learn not to do that “but your first feeling,” Patrice insists, “is your real feeling.” In an exuberant half-hour from 2002, O’Neal goes after the real ways we all feel about sex, race, and each other.

Sadly, he knew he wouldn't be able to turn shit around, not as easy as shoving that misery into his routine. Funny and sad at the same time is the best comedy as far as I'm concerned. • I think we lack comedians talented enough to be as funny with the subject matter as you must be to skate above the PC horseshit. When you get gigs for having the right political opinion, you never have to learn how to make your own mindset and viewpoint incredibly funny. Patrice had no other choice, and as one of the most naturally comedically talented people of all time he made it happen.
