  • It's end of 2020, Trump has been defeated, Vaccine is being distributed, and now this is my new favorite holiday music. Things are looking up, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and this music helps me see/feel it. Peace, Love and Understanding :-)

    • Rhythmic patterns and tuning of many "ethnic" music is much different than typical American music. African drum patterns are especially interesting, with each drum being responsible for one aspect of the song, such as rhythm, melody, soloing, etc. Cool stuff!

    • Very true, i searched around for eastern and Arabian jazz, this group was one of the first to pop up....I understand why, this was just what I was looking for! A mix of west and east with jazz included, these drum beats are so creatively free and relaxed but so rhythmic at the same time!
