@Zanar Aesthetics There's also a third ending - Take Adam's Hand, save Lily, and fend off Mother Sphere's clones as the fused EVE. Lily returns home to Xion as a hero, while Eve watches from a far.

@@notaras1985 Adam fuses with eve in the bad ending and the final ending so my guess is the final ending is the true ending.
@@notaras1985 The true ending when you have max relationship with lily, eve will fuse with adam, lily will be saved and eve will fight clones. After ended Lily rebuild the Xion again while eve will guard Xion as new Elder NA:tives

That bad ending fight doesn't make sense. The robot would have done the same thing when it saw Adam.
It activated by a signal sent by the colony, likely mother sphere, which doesn't happen if Eve refuses Adam's hand.

the dumbest MECH I've ever seen. The armored monster and the pilot's legs stick out like a tongue. That is not normal. -_- Lilith then pulls out in two halves. That makes sense... Why did she have to cut her up? It was enough to destroy the weapons.
Well, she can't really get Lily out without harming her. The bars holding her, were too small to cut her out safely. In the true ending if you've completed Lily's max affinity, she's able to hack herself out. Not to mention she was angry because she thought Lily died and just started lashing out.
