T-54s and T-55s were key battle tanks in Warsaw Pact armies during the Cold War. Both types were based on a prototype completed in the Soviet Union in 1945, but their many upgrades meant that they continued to be manufactured until 1983. T-54/55s were exported to countries around the world and it is estimated that in the region of 100,000 were built in the Soviet Union, Czechoslovakia and Poland, plus a Chinese version. The tank in the video is Armourgeddon's Czechoslovak-built vehicle which I filmed at the Tanks, Trucks and Firepower Show in August 2023.

Gotta love the 54\55.
Tento stroj už má protiatomovou ochranu, dva roky jsem seděl za jeho pákami.Super mašina.Velký dojezd, dostřel 15 kilometrů.Mohutné pancéřování a v podstatě nízká hmotnost.
Interesting - thanks!
Wow nice tank🎉🎉🎉😊😊
Good thing these tanks never pushed through the Fulda gap.
Very true!
This is T54, it was the best for it's time!
