Not mine... He let go one dog of mine when I wasn't at home. (and its actually the opposite of what you wrote, he had got that one, actually had bought that one as a pup) ..years later i ended up adopting a stray pup who had lost his mom, few years later when I was out of the city he let that one also go...... I still hold the grudge..

I know this video is supposed to be funny but I can't stop crying. Its been almost a month since my aunt and grandmother gave our dog away. He was like my dog, I was the only one who really cared for him. I came home late from work one night (im a nurse assistant) and he usually is waiting for me on the stairs with a toy in his mouth. But he wasn't there. My aunt (who lives in the same house) messaged explaining what they did with him. It hurts more that I didn't get to say goodbye then not having him. He was a year old and a huge comfort to me during the pandemic. The pup at 2:34 reminds me of him. To all those dog owners, take good care of your companion. Cherish the time you have with them.

I'm so sorry that happened to you without you knowing, or even being given a chance to prepare emotionally. I obviously don't know the back story, but it seems cruel and thoughtless to me.
