@@rometv8180I mean, they’re not wrong. Same with the 3.5L V6 in the latest Honda/Acura V6’s as well. They don’t sound like UEL header trumpets (ex: Nissan/Infiniti), and they only sound real raspy and ricey when the cats are removed, esp on something like a full cat delete (and maybe a resonator delete).

its because rousch supercharges them, it takes a lot of the harshness from the exhaust note.
@@dixzi1687 Roush doesnt supercharge the v6s. the RS ones only have better handling and Roush styling, no supercharger like some of the 5.0 variants

Hey boss I have a 2012 Dodge charger R/T with a muffler and resonator delete and stock converters still in (Because I live in California) how can I keep my cats in and still make the car sound better at idle and cruising in town (hoping maybe even a bit louder) I saw your video on the top 5 best set ups for the Hemi Chargers and I wasn’t too fond of any of the options because none of them really wanted to be obnoxiously loud like I want to. (menace to society here) maybe I m asking for too much but I just want a bit more. I there maybe some muffler or resonators out there that would make my car louder than just having a simple muffler & resonator delete? What is a test pipe? You mentioned the Audi owner was thinking about installing a test pipe on his car and that it would make it even louder, I have never heard of test pipe and would like to know more of it. Thank you in advance!

#8 in The Audi you should had a X pipe to merge the sound from both banks of the engine, will sound better with the supercharger. Trust me, I do own an Audi A7 same engine.
2017 Mustang w/ headers & Borlas -- best sound all around, I love the show -- but the narrator reminds me of a Saul Goodman for mufflers: very enthusiastic, but not always for a sane choice.

For no drone and the perfect exhaust sound just catback straight pipe it and add a free flowing 20" steelpack per pipe. They just have wire mesh that catches the drone frequencies.

I actually fw the v6 stangs. Pretty good hp and light car. With the right upgrades they can sound pretty mean. I’ve mistaken some to be v8 but they are modified. But ik someone can just say “well might as well buy the v8 if your gonna spend money upgrading it” which is true but it’s different so I like it.
Mustangs have had 6 cylinder engines longer than you been alive. It's just as much a part of the car's heritage as the V8. If it wasn't for the V6 selling in such large numbers, we wouldn't continue having the Mustang at all. The V6 literally has kept the car afloat for decades. Stop with the clown ass opinions and try critical thinking
