  • The shape he had was vs McNeeley and Holyfield 2 was he’s best he ever had could see he’s fat % was the lowest and muscles more compact and round. Also makes sense considering the dedication he had after prison and loss vs Holyfield before and after those fights he’s shape wasn’t close to his potential.

    @emiliox210@emiliox210 Жыл бұрын
    • His shape was much better here. He trained way harder and was more disciplined in those early years. He just looked better after prison because he started to do different kind of training like weight training. But his boxing wasn’t nearly as good as in 88.

      @dominiquewilson@dominiquewilson Жыл бұрын
    • I can tell you know nothing about being an athlete lol. Having a super low body fat percentage isn’t in good shape. It’s actually unhealthy to maintain that because you need energy. He was in much better FIGHTING SHAPE before this. Now if you want to say he was more shredded then cool.

      @dominiquewilson@dominiquewilson Жыл бұрын
    • @@walkwithmetv5544 No, he was as good as he was in 85-88, it's just that he wasn't fighting over-the-hill has-beens like Tubbs, Burbick and Holmes at that point. Once he came up against smart boxers like Holyfield and Lewis, his average status as a heavyweight was revealed.

  • Mike Tyson is so iconic bruh. To me, he always had the aura of a old school fighter. Sugar Ray Robinson, Rocky Marciano era; back when film was still black and white. Probably because of the influence of cus demato on him. Mike was always well spoken or should I say he conducted himself in a professional manner for the most part but he had a mean streak. That mean streak is what made him so scary. He would calmly explain how he’s going to break you down and destroy you and then proceed to do exactly what he said he would 😂. Gotta love Iron Mike.
