    • sad yet true..... the logic explaining this is that the parts responsible for the camera go loose and have to be bought in place by smacking it against the palm.... glad it helps you

  • I watched like 10 videos and followed the instructions camera was still failing then I went ahead and gave it a nice little massage, fingers started cramping so I decided to follow his advise and spank the phone! A few smacks (open palm) I had no faith in it working! But I doubted you sir, and that was a big mistake! My cameras working again!!! Thank you so much for this video! The only one that actually worked!!! 🙏👍

  • OMG! This is an old video and I am watching this in July 2023. I was desperate because I kept receiving camera failure message on my less than a year old Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra. I even called Samsung to troubleshoot and nothing worked! I didn't want to factory reset because why do that when nothing else worked! My last resort was to go into one of the repair shops Samsung recommended since the phone is still under manufacturer warranty. I ran across this video and guess what? After tapping it and smacking it like you said , I turned the phone back on and the camera freaking works! Unbelievable!! 😂. Thank goodness for you tube and your video! Be blessed !

  • Holy crap. The massaging/smacking worked!!! I was skeptical, but had tried all the other tips short of a factory reset (restarting, clearing cache, clearing data, restarting in safe mode, resetting permissions of other apps, etc. etc. etc.) I figured, can't hurt to try massaging and smacking. Surprised and so pleased it worked. THANK YOU!

  • Thank you! Took phone out of cover and did everything you advised. Once I switched off power and switched back on, message came up it was optimising apps. Camera working again. Panic over.😀

  • Thank you very much. First i checked the samsung site about this. I updated the phone then reset my camera app. It worked. But suddenly find out it's only the back camera. Front cam doesn't work. Then i tried everything nothing worked until i found this video. The last method. Turning off and massaging technique surprisingly worked!! Thanks again

  • I did first two things while watching video. Phone was still giving me the fail warning. Watched the video the way through and was skeptical that my phonevwas going to like this trick.But the massaging worked.   • Iam from kerala indian.I have s20 + i dipped and shooted a vedio in the river. it was bought as 2nd owner i was just using it for couple of months.
