  • The switches act as a fuse only because you melted the contacts in it with too much current draw. For safety add an in-line fuse. Don't rely on the switch failing as your safety

    • Realy this guy didn't do real effort as to facts It's not acidic because of baking soda Its effect of electrolysis. That potscrubbers is not a winning recipe He mentioned the vessels to be watertight He should inform that it should be gas tight As hydrogen is very much smaller as water As hydrogen can escape through metal vessels Get your facts right This is a basic, not very successful "patent"

  • Nice video, simple generator with good production. The amount of salt/ baking soda is kind of important. My first prototype was a big glass pickle jar with a metal lid. I added too much salt and melted my wire and the rubber washer going through the lid, it jumped sparked and 💥. Use plastic for sure. Also, you can put the fuel hose way down to the bottom of the container, then flip it upside down. All of the electrical pieces will then be under water.

  • Here from NightHawkInLight's video. You could make it a lot more efficient by using a DC-DC buck converter to run it at 2-3V instead of the full 12V. The hydrogen production is based on the current, not the voltage, so as long as your cell can pass enough current (add more surface area or baking soda), it'll produce enough hydrogen. For electrolysis to happen you need 1.23V. The rest of the voltage drop is turned into heat. Also, I don't buy the efficiency gains, but I believe burning some hydrogen is good for lowering soot emissions in diesel engines. Maybe it does something for petrol too.

However I know alot more about electricity then you do im assuming anyway plus i intertwined the bare wire excessively and spead the wire all the way around almost weaving it into the pot scrubers also I used 10 gauge quality audio wire with short runs and I achieved way way more gas then I expected I am convinced your method is by far superior to all others. I achieved massive production using your method. So thank you my guy for teaching me the most effective and efficient way to achieve ELECTROLYSIS.

  • Use at least 10 gauge wire. Put a 30 amp fuse/breaker inline. And a 30 amp switch. No more hot wires and burnt out switches. Add a second burp can. From the electrolysis tank, over into and down toward the bottom of an empty canister. From that, the hose is right at the top. Both sealed. From there to your intake.

  • Defiantly use a relay and a fuse for the power circuit. Run the gas thru a bubbler for safety and use check valves in the hose going to the engine for backflash suppression. I have run my 99 Ranger on HHO for a couple of years now, giving me dual fuel capability. Running HHO into the engine while using gasoline results in a huge mileage and power increase. My Ranger's 2.5 4 cylinder now runs like it was an old style 302 BOSS V8. My HHO generator is a Dry Cell type (Again for Safety) and is mounted where the air filter used to sit.(I now use a conical Racing cold air intake filter.) A reserve tank of water/soda mixture (2 1/2 gallons) also acts as the bubbler. First time I ran the truck on HHO, it spit out soot for over 20 miles @ 55 MPH, clearing out the carbon buildup. It did eventually rust out the muffler (It was OEM to start with and rust eaten) and I replaced it with the new version of the glass pack Cherry Bomb muffler. Still quiet until you punch it. Then it roars. BTW The engine has 221000 miles on it.On visual inspection of the valves and pistons, very little carbon is there, as of October 2022 when I installed new E3 spark plugs. (8 on this Ford engine)

  • Since you're not storing HHO no worries of some big explosion happening, would just pop the container. Can also put a one way check valve on the tube to prevent flashback. Running 100% HHO has no ill effects either on engine, long as its flammable and very burnable and not dirty you are good to go.

    @Ryan-vb6jb@Ryan-vb6jb3 жыл бұрын
    • Actually, it has ill effects on the engine. Hydrogen makes steel brittle. If you use this long enough, there will be cracks forming at the contact areas, or worse.

    • @ 🤣🤣🤣 bullshit I have been running my car on it for 8 years.

      @raymondjohn8896@raymondjohn88962 жыл бұрын
    • @ That's not how hydrogen embrittlement works. There are researchers that are still storing hydrogen in the same mild steel tanks captured from the Nazis in world war 2. The tanks are instepcted and pass their tests every year. You need some type of electricity such as arc welding to cause embrittlement. Burning hydrogen in an engine does not cause embrittlement of the engine.

  • Using a switch as a fuse is a no-no as they can fuse on. Relays are cheap, use any switch with a relay and the switch will last forever. Relay will last longer too. When people say they wired to ignition source, they're not talking about using ignition power. They're referring to a power source that switches on when they key is in the "on" position. You will have a spare slot in your fuse box for this so it will shut off with the engine.

Tried using copper once ...( stainless is much more expensive) worked great for 5 minute then hardly worked at all.. Been using it 20 years in my 2002 Jeep GC WJ still works great, with minimal maintenance... One of the keys is not to use to much electrolyte...I use one Tspn of Baking soda, never had an issue.. I pick up around 8 miles to the gallon on the Hywy.. It also cleans out almost 100% of the carbon in the engine.. • If you stick one of these sock-scrubber electrolizers in a chamber that continuously refilled with water as it was used up in the reaction, such as a toilet tank. And powered it with a relatively cheap continuous source of energy, like a solar panel. You could effectively produce a near endless supply of HHO, right? And incidentally you would also be continuously concentrating Deuterium in the water that remained.

  • Overall I like the idea, although there are some issues. Having the anode, and cathode separated by a cloth will cause problems eventually, and you can't you sodium hydroxide which is a better oxidizer for it'll eat through the sock in no time, but I guess it's fine for a demonstration. The surface area becomes huge for sure, so that's pretty cool. But, you say this will improve the efficiency of the fuel. When you are drawing lots of amps from the battery, you are requiring the dynamo to work more in order to replace those missing watts, so you burn more fuel. So my question is, have you actually measured the consumption of fuel? Also, wont this wear out the engine more, even crack it over time?

    @JoTheVeteran@JoTheVeteran2 жыл бұрын
    • From what i've heard the way this process doesn't violate the first rule of thermodynamics is because the hho gas makes the gasoline burn much more efficiently so basically the extra power comes from not wasting the gasoline as much. so far as how it treats the engine i've heard it basically steam cleans the inside of it haha i want to try this stuff out its cheap enough to spend some time on

  • Use a fuse. Dont burn your electrics up. He worried about the ignition. Dont put this thing on WITHOUT IN LINE FUSES. Todays car wiring depends on relays instead of heavier wire. You can burn yards of chips and shit out just hooking willy nilly.

  • Briggs 18HP Lawn mower engine ran on water in carb 2008. 6-10amp pulses THROUGH SPARK PLUG from on board ring dual alternator with late ATDC timing, Small Hydrogen formed at plug + water vapor pressure same time. S1R9A9M9 discovered this new process. Self sustained as ignition high volts is by Magneto - not battery coil. Triple hand wound coil forms magnetic field over plug wire extending timeing 0-minus 34 degrees. Accessory spark gap required while EGR of embedded nitrogen compoinnds increases efficiency if used. Battery start, then disconnected. See videos 1+2!

  • I found that this no longer works using stainless wool. Makers are now using something other than stainless steel. It deteriorated to power within 5 to 10 minutes during electrolysis. At least that's what happened with the wool I used. So don't be surprised if that happens.

    • @@drowsycannon5179 Don't run your unit or Brown's gas on a Diesel? I know a person who travels the country installing HHO systems on commercial tractor trailer vehicles and they work fine. Fuel economy doubles when using HHO and diesel, but it also has limitations as it works best when on the open road. His system allows the driver to shut the fuel pump OFF and run just on HHO. So, you must be talking about your design.

  • What you need to put on the contaner on the top would be good but sence you dont have room on the top then maybe you can find anther way to have a plow cap maybe have another hoes comeing off it with flip cap on the end of it you want a way place for a flash back to go if you should have one with a flip cap if it was to have a blow back then it would go out the cap without dameging anything ans if you have it set right then the cap would safely let the explotion out then spring back shut and you wouldint even have to worry at all about braking you jar or contaner becues the worst that is going to come out of it is that you will have to make another one good thing they are not hard to make but they work grait i love mine the extra power it gives my jeep is crazy. I would have it in my jeep just for that reson so and the fact of how much i save on fule it is crazy more people dont know about this
