What a story... finally a grand slam final for her! It's been long overdue.
I LOVE her controlled and muted response at winning. She didn't celebrate like she won the whole thing.
You have no proof that she was "controlled" or "muted." Perhaps that's her natural way of expressing herself. And there's absolutely no right or wrong way to celebrate.
What’s there to love ??
Love the reaction from her after winning. I can tell she knows there’s still work to be done
She played 50th Slams to get into her first finale. Don't know anyone who deserves more! L.E. 50+ 😁
52!
53
Yes & 6 QFs before this slam 😊😊😊
How women tenis is shit, evry year some new unknown low ranked player win GS
because she has not the level of this competition
It really makes me so happy to see Pavs reaching her first Slam final. This is such an incredible feat at this stage of her career, after so many tough losses including several QF losses. Pavs always been a fantastic ball striker with an all round game but has been set back in the past with mental lapses and sometimes with fitness issues. Nice to see her here. Hope she takes the title :)
"Pavs" LOL
PAVEL))
Sorry but sakkari win title she is on fire
She deserves the title being such a veteran with few title for serena and others in her era
@@user-bf6mh2cq5e i want Sakkari to win but Krejcikova has been a very tough opponent for Sakkari right now
I like these two players. Very professional. No screaming, no taunting. Very gracious, win or lose.
Can't help but root for the veteran players. She's been knocking on the door a long time.
simple, reliable, strong strokes. calm demeanor. good formula
Pav turned pro in 2005. This is her first Grand Slam semifinal and final.
Pav also had concer, right?
@@ladaffodilion I think you might be thinking of Alisa Kleybanova. Another great Russian player. I think she had cancer several years ago but I’ve never known of Pav having it.
She didn't have it
@@falks941 Thank you for the correction.
That's my girl Anastasia. I've been rooting for you. Go get that maiden grandslam trophy. Congrats
Pavs is one of the cleanest ballstrikers on tour. She's been around for a long time, keeping her head down and slugging away. Well earned success. Hope she takes the title!! 🔥🔥🔥
Beautiful to watch...always loved her for grace, humility and prowess..looong overdue and well deserved Pavly, goooo get em tiger !!!
I really hope she wins the whole thing!!
Pavlyuchenkova wins it
Me too but unless she gets super nervy, i think Sakkari will do it
@@achnix3167 Sakkari is playing with power now! She is gonna lose this SF match if she cant handle the pressure 🙂🤦♀️💔💔
@@prangonhassan3628 i totaly forgot about Barbora lol...she actually my favorite. Huge Talent
@@achnix3167 nope she left the clay and the double specialist did itttttt come onnnnn. Pavsvsvsvbsbsvsvs
I remember reading and first time seeing her on magazine when she won AO junior in 2006, I was 13 back then... How time flies. Sometimes when I look at the rankings, she is so low there, I mean not even top 15. Now 15 years later she has just reached her maiden slam final. Will be rooting for her
Nice to have a season player on the final, she’s deserves it,
season lol it is not spelled like that!
I know what you mean. She is a solid player, and has been for years. I’ll be rooting for her.
@@juliange7 what did he mean?
Seasoned.......I would guess. Spell check gets us all!
Please WIN your first Grand Slam !!
Without regular favourites in the semis, this French open is damn good.
I think the opposite, and what favorites exactly?? Lol Womens tennis is in shambles.
Krejcikova, Zidansek, Pavlyuchenkova, favourites in the Semis? Regular favorites? And even Sakkari? Non of these girls reached a quarter final before except Pavlyuchenkova. Are you high 😂 lol?
Oh, ok. I get it . It was sarcasm. Good one lol.
@@randdom1622If u think the women's game is in a mess what about the men's? The same players winning everything all the time for the past 15 years. You are mentally retarded.
I guess you missed the out of the without
So happy for her well done Pavlyuchenkova such a kind person and a great player!
I remember when she was a junior and qualifier at us open years ago Anastasia was with her mom practising outside the flushing meadows stadium with no clue on the future but hardwork at that moment.
Очень болею за Настю! Она трудяга и достойна победы! Пусть будет так!!!🎾
Хорошо, ленок
Very happy for Anastasia. She's been a very good player for a long time. I didn't think clay was her best surface but she's playing confident tennis
Wow been on tour since 2005…1st grand slam final 🤔… Hope she wins. 👍🏾😀
Congrats Anastasia for reaching your first GS final at RG. This is your chance to capture your 1st GS title. Well done
Bravo Anastasia!!! Take your slam 🤙🏆
I've always admired Pavlyuchenkova game and attitude on the court. She has variety, hustle, experience and a very underrated forehand-crosscourt. I've also always suspected, given the right situation, like this French Open, she could capitalize, and this is exactly what's happening with her now. Top players can't underestimated Pavs..or they're gonna pay. She may not be an instinctive champion, but on any given day, if she catches you napping, she can take you. I'm so happy for her. I can clearly see how gracious and humble she is for the moment. She may very well make it work for her and win this tournament. I won't be surprised cause she has the perfect game for a big moment, and with the crowd on her side, as an under-dog to booth....watch out. Go for it Pavs, this may be your moment.
Love Pavs!!! So happy for her!!!
Love the short version pavs like pavlova ahahh
@@gillmonsta Her instagram is actually named as nastia_pav, so Pavs is cool! :)

I am really happy for Pavlyuchenkova, this is her time to hold the trophy, on a very good spot not waiting for the finalist!!!🤗🤗
Bring back the title please. Support support.💪🏻💪🏻
Молодец!!!! Ура!!
Настя, вперёд!!! К победе!!! 🏆🏆🏆
Pavlyuchenkova was really great, very smart moves and court coverage! Greetings from Peru!
You go girl, shine brighter than ever.
Tbh even though I wanted coco to win. I can’t help but to be SO PROUD OF THIS GIRL.. I hope she wins.
Finally Next step, the trophy! Go go go go!!!!
WTG, Anastasia! This is big. Good luck in the final. Do not take that Krej for granted. Like all Czechs, she is going to be a tough competitor! As for Tamara, wow, what a fantastic tourney for her. Class act all the way, and only 23. Love these ladies.
Absolutely. We will see more of Tamara, a very good player.
Hope Puff could win the final. She was inside of the baseline most of the times in this match. Very aggressive techniques. Congrats.
Honestly, these two were a thriller. You'd never know. It was a tight first set but eventually puvlyechenkova played a vintage Serena type game in the 2nd set and the rest was history.
Let's go Nastya!!!! What a nice lady; Ever since I met you I've been cheering for you. A tennis player who beat cancer and reached her first GS final!!! Can't find a more deserving player to win it all! Lets go Nastya!!!!!
I really want to see Anastasia win the whole thing!!
Kredit to Martina hingis for being such a great coach to Pav
Fantastic match, a lot closer than what scoreboard says. 💚Anastasia played great, kept her focus and stayed in the moment. 🥳Congrats, I believe she will win the final. 🤔Not sure if Barbora is fit because she has a looming leg injury. Go Russia! Take the title! 🏆
She's such a sweetheart and a big talent that found the mentality to cope with big stages ❤️
Anastasia niña hermosa👏😗 hasta la final💕 estamos con tigo bendiciones❤😗🇩🇴
Finally!!!Well done Nastia!

@@anastasiaa_rudneva один маленький шаг для человека, но гигантский скачок для всего человечества
Anastasia just relied on her mental strength, that’s what got her through the quarters and that’s what got her to the finals today. She is now my favorite to win the title. Maria Sakkari will come at her but Anastasia will prevail.
Happy for you, anastasia..hope you will win the championship match
Yeeees Pavs im so happy for you!!! Do it
I Remember when pav was dubbed the next big thing in tennis. Finally a first slam final
Nastya used Tamara's weak backhand. That's fair enough! Nastya defeated Sobolenko, Azarenka and Rybakina, who won against Serena. Congratulations!
Yeah, mistake on match-point was from the backhand.
Well done ! On the way to the final ... and the title!
Yes! How Nastia crushes opponents is amazing! Towards the end she completely breaks her opponents physically, mentally emotionally! Look at the sheer power of her arms and her shots! If you see Nastia's strength training routine it is just scary!!
Awww you can see how shocked she was. She should be proud! Good job Anastasia!!
Great Performance by Anastasia ❤❤❤ . She reached first Grand slam final after playing 50 slams tournaments. Wish him best of luck for title 💪💪.

i cant say anything esle.. a huge kiss to nastia! well deserved.. I hope she takes a nice break and comes back as a champ again.. because I think she will win.
0:43 one of the best points I've seen all year.
Tamara hit that final shot off the frame of her racquet, so she did not intend for her shot to land on the edge of the line, but it sure looked spectacular on a highlights reel!
Pav for the slam of her life
Болею за Натсю!!! Её шанс,её день, Бог в помощь! Она это заслужила!!!
She deserved the title
Super.
Tamara looked a bit sluggish, but great effort trying to stay in the match, and a congratulations to Pavlyuchenkova getting to her first-ever GS final :)
magnifique..i follow her a long time since was junior champion
Brava, brava, brava, Pavlyuchenkova!!
It's been long overdue! I hope she finally wins a GS!
Настя!! Один шанс из 1000 надо шлем поднимать над головой 🙏💪
Nastia is a very talented player and beautiful to watch when she’s on her best game, in glad she finally made a slam final, tbh I always thought it would be on hard courts but well, here she comes on clay, hope she gets the title 👍🏼

...Pav has been grinding on the tour for so many years now, she was around during the Russian invasion of the 2000’s and she’s outlasted them all. She deserves a Grand Slam.
Турнир мечты для Насти! Всё окупилось.
I just thought about another Anastasia. A. Myskina 😍🥰😘, winner of 2004 FO.
Love u to win, its about time Pav..
I am glad for Pavlyuchenkova, fully deserved. We will see more of Tamara as well.
Pavs in for the win with solid forehands. And backhands👏👏👏
Always liked her lovely personality. Great tennis. Go Pavy!!
I couldn't be happier for Anastasia!!!
Udachi Anastasia! I hope you win your first grand slam.
Queen Anastasia 😍❤️
Есть финал у Насти, нужна ещё одна победа, молодчина
Anastasia played a great match she was clutch on all the most pivotal points. Zidansek and Anastasia were both more loose than Sakkari and Krejcikova are right now. These two are both extremely tight right now.
Although it’s nice to see Nastia advance to the finals, it would be even better to see some consistency in women’s tennis. Can anyone string back-to-back GS tournament wins together? And where are the rivalries that for so long drummed up interest in the sport? The Clijsters-Williamses-Henin-Mauresmo-Capriati-Davenport-Hingis. Those were some good old days. Those rivalries were heated, but they brought out the best in each other and women’s tennis was the better for it. It’s almost a game of Russian Roulette these days in figuring out who will win a GS on the women’s side.
You may check your memories against the actual data. To quote Sloane Stephens on her rivalry against Simona Halep: "it is not a rivalry if you never defeat the other player". From those you mention, the only real rivalry was Henin-Clijsters and up to a point Henin-S. Williams. Everything else was Serena crushing all the rest. And Hingis retired to early to be really counted. In those times female tennis was as predictable as male tennis: one of the big two was going to win every tournament, the big 2 being the Williams sisters. And very quickly, it turned into the big one. The only reason Serena didn't win it all just like Federer, Nadal and Djokovic have shared among themselves 45 of the last 50 Grand Slams is because Serena couldn't be fit and healthy enough at all the tournaments throughout the whole year.
Experiences and consistence payed off!
Вперед к русской победе!
So the two players in the semi's with the stronger backhands beat the two players with the stronger forehands. Also the two players who the crowd didn't seem to support or cheer as loudly for won. I like these kind of humble, quiet, friendly girls over the louder more in your face girls. Wanted both to win their semi finals and now I have no idea to root for. Barbora or Anastasia. Probs have to go for Pavs purely because she's older so Barbora may have more chances in the future. I have no idea. I wish they both could win
Yesssss go Pav!
I am rooting for Tamara because she's young and plays well but Anastasia deserves it more and works harder and play bigger throughout the match. Congratulations for both players and cannot wait for the Finale. #tennisfan
A high quality tennis from both women. I hope Anastasia would grab her first slam title.
Well done
congrats to Anastasia for the win and reaching the final !
I LOVE HER
I was rooting for her after the sabalenka take down!

Anastasia aşığım sana umarım şampiyon olursun🖤😀
So pleased for Anastasia...she's one hell of a talented tennis player (incredible ball striker, beautiful hands) and deserves to win a slam. I would put her ball striking, especially off the ground, in the category of Pierce and Davenport. She's got great technique and hands
