Drop everything, do something you love. At 40 I can say this is the best advice. I was unfortunately 34 when I decided to change, force myself to have no backup plan and switch careers. It's not necessarily about starting your own company, not can also be doing something you love that didn't feel like work that gives you new opportunities and hopefully be able to work towards a better wage

What happened to the first cut of this that disappeared after a day? This seemed heavily cut and ended wierd.
