Do these pundits actually watch Chelsea games objectively? Because Chelsea have regularly out-possessed and out shot their opponents all season long. Their biggest problem by far this season has been their finishing, which has been absolutely dreadful. If Chelsea could have actually finished their chances this season, they’d actually be in and around the Top 4. That is what Poch was actually recently referring to when these pundits mocked him for bringing up xG and how it showed Chelsea were a Top 4 team by xG measurements. People can mock my post and what Poch said but there’s a ton of truth to it. Chelsea have actually dominated a lot of matches this season but have not been able to finish chances again and again and again.
If you could watch Chelsea this season and say that they regularly “dominate” opponents then I don’t know what team you are watching. Even with a lead Chelsea are liable to lose the match because of how easily they can be bullied in the defense.

It is not attack where we fail. We did early on in the season but our main issue has been the defense. Especially once we get a lead

Bruh nobody wants to just give up possession. They plsy that way bcz they know they can’t compete with man city like that. Even they try to attack man city will still dominate them. It’s just playing counter gives them a chance

As for city, you are right, hence what's the actual point of talking about how other teams cant dominate against city? its not as though chelsea will suddenly have prime xavi in their team and dominate ball possession against them

It's easier to win the game if you control the game, although as you have pointed out, controlling the game does not necessarily mean you will win the game. Nevertheless, if you can do it, controlling the game is always preferable to not controlling the game. I do see your point, but it's easier to execute a game plan from a position of control than vice versa.

Chelsea mostly dominates all of the game but few mistakes which they make allows the opponent to score goals.
Analyse the chelsea games the moment they score the manager tells them to sit back and try the counter , the problem with chelsea theyve not found the right manager poch is not the guy
@@johnadu-yeboah4906 I still will give him another season if Chelsea gets into a European Competition. It will take time to build up chemistry for this young squad, I don't think just changing the manager is the solution.
