  • Ovechin was a non-factor in this series. I don't think he is, at this point in his career, interested in winning a playoff series. I don't think he even cared to get into the playoffs. Ovechin is only interested in breaking Gretzky's record. So it's all about individual stats. Nothing else.

    • @cerscil Yes. He did not back-check and seemed uninterested in trying to generate offense. I know the Caps are not a cup contender, but at least go out there and play like you give a damn. If that were Crosby and the Pens, the series would have been competitive.
