  • If I had a sandblasting cabinet, my husband would have to _winch_ me out of the shop. There'd be no end to the things I'd find to blast clean. 😃

  • This is one of those tools I'm realizing I probably couldn't own, because I would get distracted while sandblasting something and just start shooting sand at the sand to see what happens, and before you know it I've sandblasted a hole in something

  • I love my sandblasting box, it's from Harbor Freight and works great for what I need it to do. Probably wouldn't recommend it for daily use but I use it 3 or 4 times a year

It's based on a meme I saw, where there was a picture of a duck in a GameStop (my profile picture) with the caption "DUCK IN GAMESTOP WHAT WILL HE BUY" and I thought it was funny so I based my KZhead channel on it (my About page has the "WHAT WILL HE BUY" part)

  • Hey, I know holding the nozzle close makes the rust and paint go away instantly, but if you look at the finish, there will be darker strokes where you held the nozzle closer

  • Pity, the original with the rust and map inside the lid had character, gave the thing its charm and place in history. Now it's just another "restored" object amongst all the others.

  • Using garnet medium? That stuff works but its awful brittle and turns into powder super fast when used on steel. I used to blast railcars we used garnet medium on stainless steel railcars.

    • Just realized I recently moved and the turquoise and brown are part of my decoration interior choice! Brown shiny curtains, turquoise lamp, cushions and blanket also turquoise, brown beige laminate floor (the name and style from the floor is "rustic") and the house came with a turquoise built in window divider which separates the livingroom from the kitchen. I'm so happy, thank God! 🌌💖💫

    • I had a slight mishap a few years ago, sandblasted part of my arm with black diamond, trust me, you don’t want to sandblast your acne, LOL, take it from one who knows for sure! 😄🤭
