It's important to know that what keeps you alive not a functioning body because you can live a long life with many health problems and you can die young and healthy without health issues at all.

Youre saying that because youre just jealous I have been doing parkour since 2018 but only practice now 1 to 2 times a week because of covid But.. its not like they are wasting any time: if you work fulltime you allready lose 8 hours of your day that only in Us there are countries like japan where you work 12 hours. Moral of story: if you don't enjoy doing it and do it soo you will spend more time at a facility watching tv all day its dumb in my opinion bye.

This man is just one, but there are MAAAAANY examples. ....but it's not just about genetics... You can slow down your aging & keep a healthy skin through extremely healthy lifestyle.... The number age can't be slowed down, but the biological age can be SLOWED DOWN through constant exercise, lot of water & diet food full of greens, antioxidants, super foods & if possible some expensive super herbs like *Ashwagandha, Moringa* ... To extend the body cell functioning & That also will keep a healthy younger looking skin. Many people have slowed down their biological aging , many examples...a small example is that you'll find people in their 80s-90s running marathons, jumping & look younger like in their 60s.
