    • But it is also disgusting that the authority ban this building because it did not have permission to build it, and cannot see past how this estate is, and allow it to rot. One building such as this surely cannot impact the natural park, and even so it could be used for special events or conventions where important people gather and need that seclusion and security.

Also, this isn't the only house on the property there are 3 more houses. This isn't abandoned also. There are locks and chains in the entrances, but people still break in. There's also a company that cleans and takes care of the property for the bank. They go there in every 3 months.

  • My God, Lesley, dear friend, what an incredibly epic explore at this abandoned Portuguese Disney palace. I was completely overwhelmed seeing this location now once again through your eyes. - The Disney palace part is amazing to see, and I can very well understand, that Mr. Nogueira required a permission from the Disney corp. to build it just for his daughter. - I was right from the beginning again completely fascinated only alone by your wonderful narration and the magical drone shots showing as well the breathtakingly beautiful countryside. Of course I must admit, that you had with Danny an excellent film-expert with great camera skills and background knowledge about this location. You have an enormously sensitive touch in your approach to such a location, and I am everytime overwhelmed by your great awareness and your fine sense for the beautiful details as well as the possible background stories. And - please don't worry, your English is after my opinion simply excellent!! - I can only agree to you, that money is not everything, even if a place like this is of course showing off in a very grand scale. - If that man was "earning" his enormous amounts of money by drug deals, the whole thing is for me also very sad and disgusting. - Of course it made me equally mad to see the heavy traces of vandalism and willfull destruction, which is always completely shameful to see. - Lovely explore adventure, dear bro Lesley, which I entirely enjoyed watching. - Take care and stay safe. - Lots of greetings to your adorable brother Jordy as well! Wishing you lots of blessings in this pre Christmas period, peace and kindest regards.

    • the thing is, you're NOT supposed to buy land here. This place is a natural reserve, no properties are meant to be build here. The fact that sr.nogueira knew that and still decided to build it illegally makes me feel to no sympathy towards him at all. With all the money he had, he could have easily build the place elsewhere though. Makes me really question why he thought that he could simply build a massive mansion in the middle of a protected area with no repercussions.

  • All I can think of is, that how much that father must've loved his daughters that just because both of them loved Disney, he made a whole world for them. But unfortunately, the government seems to not see that.

  • I just discovered this wonderful channel! I adore being able to wonder through these spectacular places like this! I appreciate how careful and respectful you are. Strength of character is indeed the sign of an old soul. Thank you for these amazing adventures! As a child I of course, longed to live in a castle! Somehow when I watch these videos it feeds into that excitement I felt when I would imagine living in such grandeur. It is also interesting to see how things do falter and decay, and how nature reclaims. I loath having to see the signs of childish destruction and disregard. Some human beings are in only the beginning stages of their own evolution, I'm afraid. But other than that, it is great fun to watch what you have so kindly made available to us!
