    • Mudman8000 It’s quite an interesting sport but it wasn’t something many people could easily access years ago. One of the good things about KZhead is it gives these previously hard to follow sports the exposure and also introduces us more to the athletes themselves and their training.

    • It's a very risky sport and can easily lead to broken bones on inexperienced people... It WILL become popular, but will take a little while... Tendon + ligament strength takes 3x times or more to develop compared to the muscle belly.

    • He was going to here later April, but WAL like so many other things have been cancelled because of "you know what". The reason he would come up against a middleweight is simply to have the match as fair as possible for Eddie. It was also supposed to be on the left hand, his opponent RVJ's much weaker hand.

    • You know Devon is going "down under" as well. Devon has for many years been a big fan of the king's move, it's just in the last year or so he has become good enough at it to just use it in a match. Despite that he got a injury from doing it last year against Dave Chaffee. It's actually a very risky move.

I never had deadlift in my 7 years of work out. infact I was so allergic but then I watched your videos and ha you made my life man I’m now doing deadlift every single day in my warmup and wow my strength is just on to next level.   • Had to come back to this video, because as of yesterday I got my and tried out the dumbbell drone...I'm absolutely in love with it!! So nice to not have to start in a negative press and waste the initial energy from going negative to a positive. I was able to dig out a extra 2 reps witg 175lb dumbbells because of it. I highly recommend this piece of equipment to anyone!
