Nobody could portray Deadpool better than Ryan Reynolds. He just makes deflecting bullets look like a walk in the park and his mouth is what makes him a great soldier.

This is one of those movies that is just a guilty pleasure of mine. As an adult, I understand it’s flaws, but I was only 12 in 2009 & wasn’t really a big X-men fan at the time, so this movie was just fun, plain and simple. It has a special place in my heart.

OC, it was an intentional parody of this movie.
Ryan Reynolds was a huge Deadpool fan, he spent YEARS trying to get a Deadpool movie made. Would it surprise you that the line he said about being stuck in an elevator was improvised and those were his cast mate's actual reactions? Probably not lol. If I remember correctly, there was like 30 different takes in that elevator, and most of them were pretty good. Also, Ryan did that katana scene about 15 different times, he believed he could do it better each time, the take we see in the movie was his final try.
I'm so glad he did he delivered on his performance so well
And Deadpool said to Spider-man he was good guy before his mutation 😂😂😂

1:47 love this sarcastic salute lmao
Deadpool did stop some of the Cable's bullets. If you look at that scene he didn't actually fail. He clean cuts the first bullet and then some bullets hits him too because Cable's weapons are futuristic and bullets were faster. Deadpool even mentions after that "These bullets are,so fast". I wrote this because i read many comments saying Deadpool failed to do this in front of Cable.
now i know🤔
It’s possible he split all the bullets but he didn’t stop their full momentum
Nah he used a normal gun
The handgun cable uses is a Walther PPQ Q5, which is a real, modern handgun, not from the future
@@fakename9282 first off, of course it was modeled after a real gun so the producers didn’t have to do it from scratch. Second, why the hell would cable use a normal gun

@@wolfeevi That's alright mate, I'll do my best to explain. So this movie is X-Men Origins: Wolverine, where Deadpool is first introduced. There was a lot of hate for this depiction of Deadpool (and hate for many other aspects of the fox X-Men movies) so in a future movie, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Wolverine travels back in time and makes changes that essentially "reset" the timeline. This was how Fox could say "well all the movies you have seen actually happened in another timeline, but now we have a new timeline so none of the previous movies are related anymore". It was basically a way of soft rebooting characters and stories without needing to recast. So the Deadpool in this video actually never existed because his timeline was re-written. As for the post-credit scene in Deadpool 2, the character of Deadpool can break the 4th wall and hence can make jokes that wouldn't work in most movies, like when he called Cable (played by Thanos actor Josh Brolin) Thanos. Or even when he referenced Ryan Reynold's crap Green Lantern movie. Hope that clears things up for you

How the fuck anyone gonna notice that
Wow thats creepy, cool
"stuck in an elevator with five guys and a high protein diet. Dreams really do come true" lmao that line gets me every time 🤣

saw this movie when I was 9 this scene was the coolest thing id ever seen. also with the writing its nice to go back and watch something you saw as a kid and see that it was better than you knew and not traish
I'm here after the Deadpool 3 announcement.
I’ve been thinking, if they just want a black crystal that means nothing to this warlord, they could’ve just asked nicely.
Yea but then he would wonder why they want it so badly and then research it and subsequently keep it for himself....or try to
@@clockworkNate Then they go and kill him like this
But they didn't know it meant nothing to him
They couldn’t just walk up in thier they thought they wanted the dimonds
Yeah but... Where’s the fun in that?
So they killed all those guys just to get something the owner didn't even care about and would have openly told them where he got it?
Yes. But they had to show how badass everyone is.
He didn't know they were there for the rock
@@dr.bright6272 and the screenwriter couldn't come up with a better reason to show it lol
They need to justify the resources
@deadshot why would Stryker risk the lives of his entire team when he could've just called the guy asking where he got that rock? They didn't even want the rock itself
When they first cast Ryan I thought this whole movie was awesome and thought he was amazing so glad they kept him as Deadpool this legendary 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😆🔥😆😂😆😂😆😆🔥💯
i love how you can see everyone in the elevator start smirking when Wade starts being a smart ass. i love it
i luv too
And logan just getting annoyed and being done with his shit 😂😂😂
the swords don't have blood because its Pg13 not because of lazy CGI
What? i thought it didn't even have blood cause Wade was spinning the blades fast enoguh to wipe off the blood in a matter of seconds while deflecting the bullets
@@Loydthehighwayman no its simply because blood makes a movie automatically R

Who's ready for Deadpool 3 this July (2024) ?
Me 😁
Me😎
Deadpool and wolverine coming in July 2024
This is probably the most memorable scene in this movie
That and the intro
yeah so bad
I litterly don't remember this scene. Like this scene wasn't in this movie.
Absolutely. The sequence in the beginning with Wolverine and Sabretooth montaging through the wars, was also great. Too bad it was wasted. So much potential! This movie had moments of brilliance, but went too Hollywood and killed it for me.
The opening scene was right up there too
Wolverine: "my god, do you ever shut up pal?" Me: "my god, why do they never talk more"
If it was the new Deadpool he would have replied “my god are you ever gonna put your costume on” lol
@@13rockwarrior yep
trust me. you're not that guy, pal
@@yugadeepk5297 You're not that guy
We all know why we are hear again 😅
Yo baby they are back🔥
I love how realistic this scene is.
Um, if this scene was realistic dude would've gotten himself Swiss cheezed. 🤣🤣🤣
@@albert-nu3gn that's not true everyone knows that katanas are faster than bullets
So is super healing and teleportation 😂🤷♂️ but thats what makes a movie a movie
@@albert-nu3gn r/wooosh🤡
Because Wilson effortlessly deflecting bullets and somehow not drawing blood from the people he cut with his swords is realistic.
