It’s called white spirit and it’s 100% Alcohol nothing else and it removes paint (the hot wheels is painted not stickers)

Just a pro tip, you can wipe some acetone below the plastic area which acts like a hinge; making it more easier to remove the plastic without damaging the cardboard below
