In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You most look outward if you wanna be successful in life.

Especially the parts where he says "if you are working for Rimac, it's because I trust you, I'm not going to micro-manage, you do your job" and more importantly "everyone at the company has a portion of shares" because that creates the feeling (very powerful feeling) that you are - part - of the team, really a part of it, not just a paid employee that receives the same either the company is doing good or doing bad. That is the type of mentality I admire a lot. Everyone is there to make the company succeed and everyone gains something from it beyond their salary.
