Hermitcraft is a Minecraft SMP server featuring some of KZhead's best and most talented Minecrafters. The server is 100% Minecraft Vanilla 1.20.4! This is Hermitcraft Season 10, and we are joined by two new Hermits, Skizzleman and Smallishbeans.

If big t, compensated him with a certain amount of redeemable favors, ex: one favor from each member of the neighborhood. He might part with one or two. Then the next project is getting the remaining ones. But right now scar thinks big t is thr bad guys of season X. (We all know it's actually big salmon)

I suspect that part of the reason he dies as often as he does is because he just doesn't take it seriously. It's "funny," so it's fine. He dies a lot, but it's a joke. He actually cares? He lives a long time. He makes "unintentional mob farms" all the time, too. It's not like he doesn't know what torches are, he just doesn't care, so he makes it a joke. It really seems like he just doesn't try to avoid things that could be funny for a video.
@@ImminDragonThis!! I'm pretty similar to Scar in both playstyle, skill and "innocence", being the "funny, stupid friend". On Hermitcraft it doesnt really matter if you die, so he doesnt have to try control his clumsiness per say; I do the same on my sever vs games on f.eks. hypixel. Same with the innuendos as well. We have our weaknesses (not catching what we just said always and forgetting/not knowing the other meaning of certain phrases) and we push them up to 100 bc ppl find it funny. Like, I find it so funny how some ppl think Scar is just really stupid, bc hes not XD he knows exactly what he's saying, those innuendos are on purpose like 85% of the time lmao.
Joe also has a lot of diorite from his project and doesn't know who has the permit if you haven't had the chance to talk to him yet.

Put a random diamond dispenser after putting in x amount of diorite and you have a gambling machine and with it keralis as a customer.

Impulse has an item filter named after him because he created it. The problem with challenging Scar is his skill level is tied to whatever makes the situation funnier. If its funnier for him to do well, you're gonna have a bad time.

IMO price for the low demand block shouldn't be THAT low. Anyone wanting to buy diorite will 1) need it 2) in intermediate amounts. 3) ready to overpay a bit rather than having to farm it themselves.
Agreed. Pricing it low won't create demand. Instead, if/when there _is_ demand, you need to be charging a premium, because when people actually need it they aren't going to want to buy it. Pricing it low just ensures the one time anyone does actually need the stuff, they can buy more than they'll ever need again.

@@kayleighlehrman9566 I mean, he dies a lot, but the aim of Hermitcraft isn't to "not die" (well apart from the start of the season). He's good at all of the things Hermicraft is actually about, and he's also proved he can be good at the not dying part when he needs to as well.

Ren, what you were calling shriekers were in fact sensors. The sensors were going off when you walked on them but there wasn't a shrieker in proximity for it to cause an issue.

from what i remenber from Grian explanation, collectives must shops must be all together, you don't all the permits, the law forces scar to build his shop kinda of together of yours, if he don't, you can contact permit office police

You don't need any skulk blocks aside from the catalyst - the catalyst turns other blocks into skulk. It only requires blocks and dying mobs, and skulk is created! Also - 24:29, that's a sensor, not a shrieker - Shriekers shriek when activated by sensors or a player stepping on them increasing your warning level by 1 for each shreik up to 3, then shriek 4 summons the Warden. 25:12 - those things in the back with the white tips on top - Those are shriekers.

It's always excited when you learn how to make a new farm and it actually works. I agree the hermit permits have really made the hermits do things they normally wouldn't do and I'm loving what you guys are all doing this season. Great episode!
Ren, to fix the congestion at the top of the farm... Replace the blocks under the fences on either side of the drop chute ENTRANCE with walls (drop chute has a U shaped set of fences and carpet, the walls go under the tips of the U), it will increase the drop chutes size from 1x1 to 1.5x1.5-ish which allows the endermen to push themseves into the drop chute.

I always enjoyed the Snowcrash names for mobs. His Hermit Chunk series had an enderman farm powered by Mitey, the Ender Mite.
Love the base progress. You can keep all your campfires by putting string squares over them to suppress the smoke.
To get to the bottom of the end, just place blocks or ladders down the end spikes.

RD I have watched you for a while now probably since season 6 or so and I gotta say you truly are encouraging me to go past my comfort zones and try things I’ve never tried before in the game. Watching you build skulk farms, gold farms, it is really cool how much you’ve added to your wheel house of content! Love it man!
It didn't look like there were any shriekers there. I bet they were taken out but the catalysts and sensor were left behind. you don't need to worry if there are no shriekers :)

Idea: since the sunflowers are encroaching on the base/wall, what if the squirtapods crosspollinated with sunflowers (making squirtaflowers??) in those areas where the regular biome starts to mix with your custom biome on the edges of the base? Could be fun. Do it for the LORE! :-)
