  • When Ronaldo lost his dad, Cristiano went to Sir Alex and told him about it , there was important games coming up, Sir Alex said there is nothing bigger than family, We work for the betterment of our family. And told him to take as much as time he wants. Difference between todays and that day’s United.

  • This interview has RAISED my respect level for Ronaldo. What a person. United don't deserve him. Fun Fact: Ronaldo is the most charitable athlete in the WORLD. Literally. He pays for the brain tumor surgeries of poor kids, he built a hospital in Madeira that provides FREE care for poor kids. He donated millions to victms of the Tsunami natural disaster. He donates blood to the Red Cross annually to help deal with the global blood shortage in blood banks all over the world. The list of his charitable deeds, most of which are anonymous, is endless. People try to caricature him as a vain narcissist, but behind the marketing veal is a fundamentally GOOD HUMAN BEING. Almost all of his teammates love him. Heck, after Real Madrid won La Decima, Ronaldo paid for $10,000 watches for every teammate (including the coaches and the supporting staff who don't get paid big bucks). Who does that? Only a fundamentally unselfish person would do that. He's a good man. #GlazersOut #ISupportRonaldo

  • Manchester United having someone like the standing of Ronaldo is a big plus for the whole club, not just on the pitch. Ronaldo was and still is very professional and all those arguments I heard from him on the interview's clips are facts. Since Sir Alex Fergunson, Man United was never the same club sadly and despite Ronaldo's poor choice of words on R. Rangnick, he has a point. It's also a fact that Man United helped Ronaldo to become one of the best but so did Ronaldo helped the club the same way. How come such unique professional has him, constantly hear from players who shared the pitch with him, back in those years of glory at Man.Utd, saying bad stuff about him over and over again and even them didn't accomplish 1/5 of Ronaldo's career? What and where is their moral? Feels like they all became jealous of his career achievements... How come Man Utd, president, coach and so on internally, not show empathy in one of the most terrible pain humans can ever feel, having their children sick/near death experience?! If it was you, would you like that treatment after all the history between the club and you? Hm... All I can say, is, Man united was super ungrateful and not sensitive towards his personal matters after he gave so much to the club. You say Ronaldo isn't the same player as he once was? I guess you're right, he is human like every and each one of us, but go check last season stats at man united and tell me if he, with 36 yo, haven't done it anyway against all odds. He's not saying he's bigger than the Man Utd, he never said that. He only came back to help your club and looks like you did not evolve. As an outsider, I can say that Man United was top 3 clubs in the world not even 15 years ago, but since then, I struggle to consider them in the world's top 10. Wonder why? They've lost their essence and hegemony since Sir Alex Fergunson got out. It is what it is bc against facts there are no arguments. Peace!

Yet he says he needs to go out there and perform, the team needs him, the fans don't know and they pay tickets and expect you to perform, the teammates don't know, nor should they, it's not their business. Everyday regular people have their kids sick, and they have to work. They're paid millions of millions, they chose this life. Ronaldo had his wife to take care of the daughter, he can pay for the best care of his daughter, he could go to practice, and be there later in the day like most fathers do. I had a lot of health problems, my father was never around, because he was working to make sure he could pay my medicine, and also cover the salary lost from my mother since she was at home taking care of me, that's a father. • Ronaldo is a good man not only a football star. He is upright and a dedicated mate on and off the pitch, I believe has been hurt enough for him to come out to speak about Manchester United. I'm fully sure he loves Manchester United. I love Manchester United but our performance for the recent years is not motivating our Fans all over the world. Someone needs to speak to save the situation so we can keep grinding to get to the top. What does Manchester need to do to be most successful club again in ENGLAND. New management, new operations, quality players all over the world. Empower Scouts, give room for black and white players, remember football is not what it used to be, the game is changing every day. WE need to maintain a high-level records to avoid the glory been taken away by rival clubs in the league who never had a chance to beat Man United. I miss the time of Sir Alex Fergusson and Edwin Vandersar. Ronaldo is still in the picture. What else do you need to know that he loves Man United?
