Concealing central heating and flue pipe work with our pre-formed and pre-finished boiler pipework casings can make an immediate improvement to any boiler installation.
Manufacturers from FSC® certified and compliant sustainable timber, as standard, they’re also very quick, easy and cost effective to fit, taking less than half the time and cost of site made alternatives. This is a real advantage when used as part of ongoing housing refurbishment and heating system upgrading programmes.
2 Year GuaranteeAlready widely used in social housing refurbishment programmes and new boiler and central heating installations, our self-supporting casings can be used free standing or secured using mechanical fixings or mastic adhesives, enabling easy removal for routine servicing or maintenance.
Boiler casings can be selected from our wide range of next day delivery, ‘ex-stock’ products or, when even greater versatility is demanded, from our ‘bespoke’ casings, which are tailor made to meet individual project specifications.
All Encasement boiler pipe-work casings are pre-finished in hard wearing white melamine or laminate, making them easy to wipe clean with no need to paint. In addition to their FSC® certification, they are also fully compliant with the latest EU Timber Regulations.
This is a great solution , looks more professional and saves time mucking about making it.
Quite a big bulky cover I would say . I made my own out of UPVC laminate plastic it was dead easy to make and it only sits 50 mm away from the wall almost flush It has magnets on it and the magnets hold onto the bottom of the boiler, Material cost only around £10
Can you advise who you bought the laminate plastci from please.
@@rayondesoleil1001 Hi Ray a local building supplies to the trade of UPVC plastics facias and guttering is where I got mine I bought the laminate plastic and the 50 mm right angle corner plastic

@@SalimKhan-gk1fh Thanks Salim
@@rayondesoleil1001 yes maybe I should, very simple to do though
Why it does not align with boiler completely, leaving a gap between front of the boiler and casing, is this for ventilation according requirements?
We're can i buy one ??
What if I've got a kitchen sink thing in the way
I did one of these over 20 years ago go and it's still going today there was one they made it so huge unbelievable but but with my knowledge I did it nice and slick

Fantastic actor
Any other colours available?
The product is supplied in a white finish only. However, as the surface is a melamine laminate, it can be sanded and painted in the same way as kitchen cabinets.
Where can I get one from

Explore with any, have you bought one? They seem very expensive.
ya00007 yes my kitchen fitter made me one 👍
Don't make your own cover, it doesn't put money in another firm's bank account. Buy this and subsidise someone else.
