  • This is just crazy that you not only got yourself into this your having to figure it out on the fly. You must have a really good rapport with the owner to be trusted with all the work you’ve done on the farm, but🎉 now in the part of what his business does. You’re tackling it like the true professional that you are, great job

  • Dealing with people is indeed stressful, which I imagine is why you tend to spend your work day alone in an excavator or dozer, the only person on site, just digging holes and grading and so forth. Instead of running a larger business with employees and insurance and so forth.

  • When Andrew Camerata [spit] had his used crusher delivered, the previous owner went to great lengths telling him it _had_ to be on a firm surface when used. You could see that Andrew looked kind of bored and wasn't taking a whole lot of notice, so it was predictable that he would ignore that advice, and then carry on using it as it sank into the mud dragging the underside of the conveyer belt on the ground. It came as no surprise when the conveyer belt was ripped to shreds, and must have cost him serious money to have two techs come and replace the conveyer belt. Come to think of it, he also bent something against a tree when walking it up the hill, and I am pretty sure he fixed that with a lump hammer. kzhead.info/sun/ksqsYbxwq4SKfXk/bejne.html Man gives advice at 1:20 Wipes motor off against a tree at 3:30 Attempts to repair damage at 6:00 Hammers the feck out of conveyer belt drive spindle at 10:00 I have stopped following that channel because it is once cringe making moment after another, and I don't want to watch when Andrew, or one of his little helpers, or one of his dogs is crushed and seriously injured because of his 'couldn't give a shit' attitude to at least try and operate in a safe and responsible manner.

    @TrevorDennis100@TrevorDennis100Ай бұрын
    • He is a bit of a bellend, isn't he? I seem to remember Camerata also fussing that one of his dozers with a six way blade was crap becuase he wrecked the blade swivel on it while he was using it to dig up stumps. Which is a pretty stupid thing to be doing with a machine designed for fishing and grading work
